Indeed a very fantastic phone. I have a samsung E250 but i wanted to shift to Nokia N95 8GB. After browsing Samsung i8510 INNOV8, it was pointless for me to shift. It's only that in our country ZAMBIA, it's not yet available. But once i chance it, i will go for it though the price rating is high. Am seeing myself to be a Samsung fan for life. Samsung, you are evolving with these two phones, Samsung i8510 INNOV8 and i900. You are the best so far. Keep it up. I like you????????

this phone is nice. i'm a nokia fan but don't get me wrong i didn't vote 1 for this. i like this phone, but a bit pricey ^^ costs me a month's salary. =P i'll just wait until price comes down.

well this is the mother of all cell phones i would call it the i-phone killer, i think this is the best phone ever made by any company in the world,this is the best of all Samsung INNOV8 #1 "Le guste a quien no le guste"

And after it does it show the wrong name for my provider. Then if you need to set up lets say Yahoo e-mail does not auto set. You need to input all setting.

does anyone in the US have this phone? if so can you unlock it easily and use the video chat with TMobile service. I want to get one for me and my BF he just moved and i'd like to keep in contact but if the phone isn't going to work out here then there is no point in me getting it. Help plz!

1. Can we check the email from yahoo in the mail box?
2. The Internet browser - with both connections, wifi n 3G, is the java or lite flash work good? Can u try the the webpage? Www.cruchyroll.com or please search in the google for the correct spelling.
3. Can we update the software via samsung website? Can we install the theme?

The INNOV8's software must be updated! Its having weird problems since its first release... this is a bad sign for the phone's worst case scenarios hehehe! But this is a REALLY BETTER phone than the N96 or any smartphone out in the market. Samsung really has evolved!
... though the phone is PRICEY! i'll wait for its price to go down till my pockets can afford this phone. ^^

nick, 17 Oct 2008what do you lot think of the innvo8? I think this phone is ... moreWhen the N95 first came out it was a terrible phone (poor battery life and reception issues), it wasn't until the software had been sorted over a few updates that it started working properly.
The N96 has also required it's first update.
Symbian isn't exclusive to Nokia, SonyEricsson had Symbian phones years ago (p800 etc).
Samsung have now had a few Symbian phones, I think they started with the i450.

Now have INNOV 8 for 3 days and I was finnaly told by Samsung service center that Software for this phone has problem and Samsung coming out with the revised version. It does not auto set up for internet and if it does for some how show the wrong provider name. It also does not auto set up E-mail address such Yahoo. It will ask you to input everything before it works. It seems like Samsung would of made sure their softeware copy from Nokia would work before introduce the INNOV 8. I do not have this problem with Omnia.

what do you lot think of the innvo8? I think this phone is the clear winner vs the N96 which i think is a shame really becuase nokia initally set the standard with the superb N95. Actually i reckon if the N95 had never existed, this phone wouldnt have so many features, but by no means am i insulting samsung, this phone is truly incredible.
the only problem with these high tech phones is that mobile phone technology evolves more quickly than battery technology does, and there becomes an inbalance

All nokia fans are some kind of alienated ppl. That's why they cannot accept better phones than the N-Scary Series. I Had an N95 and gosh! The processing speed is soooooooooo slow!
True stories: Nokia is not good. Samsung is evolving. Blackberry is the best smartphone i've ever used. I'm glad with my Bold, very Glad.
