a question sirs

I have been able to play with some of samsungs camera such as the d600 and the d900

and I found that in poor lighting (indoors or with no light a tall)

when I use the camera, both the d600 and the d900 have very slow camera in poor lighting

the viewfinder of the camera with still or while recording video slows down to mere 7fps or less

I was wondering....does i8510's camera have any trouble in poor lighting conditions?

I fail to see how all the Nokia lovers can put the innov8 in the same league comparsion wise as the N95/N96. Samsung have released probably the best phone ever made and released to the public. Nokia cannot be compared as a rival until they at least release an 8mp model! Im a fan of the best phone on the market not the make so am unbiased in that way. Samsung have produced a beauty, it takes a while to get used to as with the menu layout but once you get into the swing of it then its easy enough. Maybe compare the battery life with Nokia (not too hot lol) and someone mentioned the signal, my K850i had a much better signal, not sure why but Samsung phones don't seem to hold a signal as good as Sony and possibly Nokia. Possibly due the antenna being in the base of the phone rather than the top but I doubt it. Wondering how the new LG will compare, the innov8 is quite long when slid up plus theres no xenon flash. Even still its the best phone currently available in the world, nice one Samsung=)

I got this phone 2 days ago and I still habve my n95 as i always been a nokia fan. but seriously all those nokia bias comments? u people need to be real. unless you've used it dont comment on its performance as a samsung. anyone with this great phone would agree that you cant tell the difference between this phone and a nokia n95/n96 because the functionality is the same. like many others i am also getting an n96 as this is my first samsung but i know the n96 will be used as a second phone. this is by far the best camera phone and with the symbian 9.3 os samsung have done themselves a lot of justice. i will still always remain loyal to nokia but realistically no nokia phone is worth having if you have a samsung i8510. Even the GPS software Wayfinder is fantastic! it offers more features than nokia maps could ever dream of.... so to all my fellow nokia fans, dont judge a book by its cover!!! get this phone.

I hope God will hear you, because only God can make again a mobile with powerful and clear sound like n91. Personally i don't believe that innov8 will sound more powerful than n81. N81 is good, but lower than n91,that's not enaugh for ME. N91 is the only mobile who can stand face to face with I-pod in terms of power of sound output through headphones.

According to mobile-review.com and smape.com, N85 has better sound quality than N95, but worse sound quality than N81 and N91. Samsung INNOV8 has the best sound quality among all music phones right now, dethroning the N91. The DSP sound chip that uses the DNse 2.0 technology provides better amplification and sound reproduction than any other audio chips out there. No single Walkman phone was mentioned. Looks like all the buzz is on Samsung INNOV8. INNOV8 has the best image quality among all camera phones, and now INNOV8 also has the best sound quality among all music phones. It's the first time Nokia did not take the lead this time.

Hi - have just read that this uberphone NOT will be for sale in Denmark since it will be Orange who will the only manufactor in eu. Orange is not in Denmark. I really hope someone who works for Samsung reads this because Denmark is really a Nokia-land and I thought that the i8510 innov8 should compeet with N96.
Could someone tell me that this is not true ??

Having had this phone for a week now on o2 I'm sure I made the right choice of upgrade from my N95. Only 2 negatives I have to mention -
                                        1) The battery is no better than my N95 perhaps slightly worse. Will only last 1 day with fairly heavy usage.
                                        2) Signal strength is a bit suspect. Doesn't hold as well as most Nokia and recent SE handsets. My N95 has full signal almost all the time in my home as does my wifes K850i. The i8510 however can fluctuate quite often.
Having said that I haven't had a dropped call yet.
As the review says on mobile-review.com, there won't be another handset to equal the i8510 until February next year.
