... moreThe renamed boot file in the XXii1 is 64k kb and my flash tool is not accepting .. else i would have opted for that FW. K pls tel me wat FW yr using.. Ru ok with it?? I shall DWNLD that and flash it with mine.

The firmware with least bugs is XXII2 but the link i gave u which had the XXIF7 firmware....the second link has the XxII1 firmware and the info to edit the folder structure is meant for the XXII1 just read the following link

FW with least bugs!!!!

The HyperX firmware have a bug in that department since nothing is perfect but i have never heard anyone make such a compliant so there may be something u r forgetting....

All are mp3 format which was already playing b4 this hyperx flash... symbios absolutely bugged off with this phone after buyin at a expensive price.

bro just copy ur music files to either ''sound'' folder or ''attachment folder''.then go to music player n refresh it and u ll be able to view those songs in music player

We all know ur frustration and all have shared it! There is a "worldwide" update coming jan. 2010....we all are looking forward too it...especially Hamid lol...so u can either wait or flash....its always up to the user....but the new firmware fixes.....browser issues, gives a new graphic engine software, has kinetic scrolling, fixes that video playback audio codec, allows the use of the 5.1 surround without headphones, 3D multitasker and faster UI....so feel lucky knowin that u dont have to flash like i did...just be patient....good things come to those who wait

I jus now flashed the Hyper k 1.76 firmware... Flashing successfull.
I have copied 600+ songs . its showing in the gallery but im not able to refresh it in the Music player.
It says refresh complete. 0 files added.
Please help me...

The JVIF6 is both the software version and the region of where u purchased(someone correct me if im wrong) it just like mine...
Unfortunately, theres no any updates for our region yet...u should whether flash ur device to another version like the italian ones which may void ur warranty and u may also loose ur language pack , or simply just wait till the january or so, cause they promised to release worldwide updates starting from the europe then rest of the world in january...
Lets hope they wont forget us,lol

Hamid is correct...if there is any other PC software it may be conflicting with the PC Studio....so ensure all is uninstalled...have u tried another PC as yet?
and also ensure that every driver is installed...
as u can see there are a good few helpful people in here!

If there's, uninstall them all including the pc studio, then reinstall ur pc studio again...And if u wanna install it from the cd came with ur phone i recommend u install the dirvers first, then the rests...

TWo Questions!
1 - Sine u said it got too 1... moreSymbios bro,,
u told the following instructions
1. in the pda_code_i8910xxii1 folder create a subfolder called "uboot"
2. copy the "nb1" and "nb2" subfolders to "uboot"(do not "move" the folders, be sure to only "copy")
3. go to the "core" subfolder and copy the "i8910xxii1_xxx.rom.img" to "uboot" folder and rename to "i8910xxii1_xxx.ubootldr.img"
4. in the "uboot" folder create another "uboot" subfolder(yes another one)
5. now simply copy the renamed "i8910xxii1_xxx.ubootldr.img" file to the second "uboot" folder
6. now in the rom flasher, untick the "boot" option next to "format"
7. finally click the "download" button on the rom flasher
the flashing process takes about 2-3 minutes
now,
The renamed file is bit huge and in the Flashing tool window it gives me a msg that its more than the prescribed size. The window got stuck. Same file in other frmware was around 1500+kb whereas here it is 64500 kb.
Please help me out.

don't update to the latest Italian firmware XXII2!!! the vibration level is a lot lower comparing to XXII1!!!! I am using XXII1 now. The XXII2 appears to be faster, but i can't have a phone with weak vibration level!! you will miss a lot of message and calls.
