The last bar in the battery is a killer. Just doesn't seem to die out. The first time I tried to drain out my battery for testing, it gave me about 50 minutes of talk time, 30 mins. of radio, 1 hour of music playback, about an hour of movie watch and almost a day of standby.Even when the last bar did die out out, I could still send & receive sms's with the phone still on (but could not call out- other than emergency calls), thus giving enough time to catch up with the charging. So Omnia HD is battery Power all the way.

I just hope the phone's support from samsung dose not die out completely like it did for the INNOV8, if it dose, that will mark my last samsung handset & electrical appliance(portable HDD & LCD TV)..

another good thing about nokia phones is, u can even reinstall the current version if u think ur firmware became faulty or u did a mistake to it.
we should e-mail samsung and sign petitions like crazy if we want our voices be heard...

Europ... moreUnfortunately that is true to a certain extent... the problem is I bought the European version of the phone, loved it still love it to this day, if I remember right the phone was originally from Poland, the only problem I had with the phone is that samsung didn't bother to launch any more firmware to fix bugs and support of the phone just completely died out like no one bought it..

hamid, 21 Nov 2009Thanks bro, i have the xp sp2... my firmware ver is, JVIF6... moreI have been looking at the HTC hd2 , the vodafone H1 and Omnia 2..

I think this one is what I am going to buy.

I have 3 different nav programs, Route 66, Garmin and McGuider that work perfect with my INNOV8.

The Innov8 is fantastic and the only reason I want this one is because of bigger screen.

Samsung has screwed me right over once again. I buy an expensive phone which is meant to be the shizz then less than two months later I realize that I've made another mistake, by buying another so called "multimedia monster" mobile phone from samsung.... This all started with the INNOV8 (I8510) and now the Omnia HD (I8910)..... Damn this I'm never buying samsung again. TVs ans electrical appliances are included as I have had problems with samsung in those fields too. I'm sorry for lasing out but this samsung bull***** has to stop at some point.... in fact f it. once the phone is released in USA I know that someone should be able to sue some sense into the company that has sold empty promises for over ten years..

Can anybody let me know how do I upgrade pocket office to edit the documents like word files on Omnia HD? How much would it cost me in New Delhi? Is there any provision of payment in terms of local currency or something other than making online payment for that. I will appreciate a prompt response in this regard.
