Hey all, i'm wondering about ambiguity on Samsung's Galaxy S' chipset.. some say that Galaxy S is using Hummingbird 1 GHz, and the other said that Galaxy S is using the SnapDragon? so, which one that Samsung Galaxy S use for its Chipset then? and what's the different between SnapDragon and Hummingbird? hmmm~ i'm planning to buy Samsung Galaxy S by the way :p

This is a great phone. This was my choice for upgrading from a Iphone 3GS. No comment on Iphone 4.

Hey I'm using milestone n I'm bored of it.. and I don't think moto ll get froyo for my device... and de video playback is really bad:( and de camera it so sucks.. other than its superb.. excellent performance. . Way better than n900.. and X10.. so anyway. . Im thinking of buying iphone 4 or galaxy S.. I'm so confused between these. . Which is best for video playback,battery,audio output,camera,browsing,running multiple applications... overall actually :) which can handle 720p videos... and how is the touch response in galaxy.. my moto is gud .. so gud like iphone.. anyway please tell me guys.. iphone or galaxy. . And why..

Hi,im planning to pick up this phone and about to sell my iphone 2G...my concern is - how is the audio quality via headphones...is it as good as iphone's quality? better than that or a lil lower as my only use in SGS will be mainly Videos...otherwise radio and music :)
please help...preferebly somebody who owns teh phone..other feedback welcome :)

Alex, 01 Aug 2010I'm planning on buying either this phone or the Samsung Wav... moreDepends of what are your needs i would say. If you want a simpler phone, go for Wave. If you want to have more possibilities, take the SGS.
They have almost same specs. On Wave you got a flash for photos. On SGS, you got a bigger screen with a more "customisable" OS i would say due to Bada's youth currently.
I've seen people among comments saying SGS is too much complicated for them, i guess they don't belong to smartphone world and all they need is a simpler phone or an iphone at max.

I'm planning on buying either this phone or the Samsung Wave but I'm still facing difficulties in my decision.
Which one should I buy ? Wave or Galaxy S?
Galaxy has android os whereas wave's got samsung's bada. I think the choice of an android phone would be better but I'm still not sure.
Any opinions please?
