i have purchased samsung sli9003 on 2nd december.. i am not able to use the auto sensor in phone ... the auto sensor of the phone is not working properly... can anyone help me plsss...

No it doesn't get slower! It gets better after the gingerbread update! And also the battery it gets better! :) great phone!

The update failed & Emergency Recovery was performed.
Along with the emergency recovery, my phone also got updated to Gingerbread but a problem also came along.
Sometimes on pressing home key or power key the screen doesn't awake.
Due to this problem I had to contact the service center & they downgraded it to froyo.
They are not able to update it to GB & I'm now stuck at Froyo.. Frustrating !

S.O.S..I try to upgrade the firmware via kies but when I click start upgrade now it show --> "FirmwareUpgrade Stop Working"..Anybody know the solution..Pleased help me..tQ.

dear friends help which phone to buy galaxy sl or galaxy w both are same price,heard that sl gpu is weak compared to w.
but i wanna know whether sl support all new hd game and psone emulator without lag

Service center is not able to update my phone to gingerbread.
According to Samsung Service center executive Some error appears while upgrading, the latest update for galaxy SL i.e. gingerbread is not stable & costumers are reporting some problems after update. In some cases they are not able to even update.
So they simply left my phone to froyo & I'm not happy by this answer.

It was mentioned that battery backup would be around 12.3hr talktime but I am getting 6hr in normal use.

My battery backup is hardly 5-6hr but Samsung says battery backup will be around 12.3hr

It is mentioned in gsmarena that bluetooth is 3.0v but it has only v2.1

I upgraded my galaxy sl today from Froyo to Ginger bread 2.3.5 version. I upgraded kies version on my laptop first by opening samsung india web site, then after when I restarted kies on my Laptop by connecting my phone via USB connection, it automatically prompted that a new upgrade version is available for my phone. Then I could finish the upgrading process in 12 minutes. Now my Galaxy SL is really looking cool with new Ginger bread update. I'm playing with the phone for the last 12 hours, browsing internet, playing games, talking, messaging, etc.. Etc.., and believe me.. My phone battery shows that 84 % is still remaining. Wow.. I'm happy with my phone.

Ice Cream Sandwich for Galaxy SL I9003, this is the alpha port and soon we will see the near stable or beta version of ICS 4.0 for I9003 before the end of March 2012 as per our close sources who are into this building of ICS 4.0 for Galaxy SL I9003. Also, there is no clue from Samsung that by when it will launch this ICS officially.
