Jin is right...this usually happens if you are installing ROM that is not meant for your region...but it also happens sometimes even if you're using the correct version for your region. Visit samsung-omnia.org and go to the i900/i910 ROM discussions thread and you'll find fixes.

new applications for omnia:
just downloaded and tried SPB TV from omniahub.com. this program uses the internet so it will eat up your load, but if you can connect to a wifi, it would come free
the channels though do not satisfy to me.

Mainul, 14 Aug 2009How will I upgrade my omnia i900 device from wm 6.1 to late... morein touch player interface, the 's' is for shuffle play-if you have lots of music files in your current playlist, once you hit the 's', the music files shall be played randomly
the 'a' is for the repeat mode: you can either repeat the same file, repeat the whole playlist or not to repeat when all of the playlist had been finished

try to using the win6.5 you will feel the difference between 6.1 from 6.5...the secret is try all the cooked rom that has win6.5 because one of them satisfied your need...

voice dialling is only for i910i but eventually they bring the good stuff to our i900i so that we can also have the voice dialing command...i already use that but some bugs but tolerable then suddenly i fed up...para lang kase sa tamad un hehehe...

i think the main reason for changing your rom from dzia5 to dzid1 is they resolve your problem or maybe dzid1 is the only way to resolve your problem...but its better to ask your repair center...
ano na nga pala ang latest apps...na try nyo na ba ung omniaband hehehe they upgrade the omniano to omniaband....
