I've had The Omnia for over a month and it works perfectly fine but the battery life is only 24hours and the capacity is 1000mah not 1440mah. Also the ROM is 96mb likewise the RAM as opposed to 128mb of ROM and 256mb RAM posted in the specs. Overall the perfomance is very impressive.

Hi all,just bought this i900 recently but it upset me when my phone suddenly shut off itself when i plug in either ear piece or charger (it is not due to low batt).Send phone for servicing and was told due to old version of data.Updated and everything working fine when my phone suddenly switch off itself again .
any solution for this?e.g update the version?Anyone pls kindly teach provide me with the solution.Thanks Thanks :D

I have had my phone for about a month and love it, but i am a telstra user and have been unable to get the settings i need to be able to access my emails telstra shop tried to help and used the 480 settings but they didn't work can anyone help. Telstra basically says it is not one of their approved phones and so won't help me.

Gilly, 12 Feb 2009How long should the battery last? and where can I get a fir... morei asked the same question previously, my battery does not last at all. half a day and its gone. why, someone please assist. im still having problems(starting to get irritated) with the storage memory error message i always get. i am forever having to go to task manager and ending tasks every two minutes literally, why? someone please help, still cant reeive bluetooth, cant find the files i get sent anywhere....please help........

What can i do with my samsung omnia? The motion sensor is set automatically in its highest sensitivity but then, it doesn't rotate. 2 days after i bought it, it malfunctioned already :( HELP! PLEASE. -klaryzeann@yahoo.com

the system speed was so slow the touch screen is very bad compare to iphone.

am considering buying an omnia.my primary need is to phone and sms.
second i want to eliminate my diary and keepy whole schedule on my phone. third it has to quick when moving between screens and applications. fourth it must have long battery life.is this the phone for me?

Hi guys! I have question... I just purchased my Omnia in Singapore last 08/08. I feel that my phone acting sluggish and I believe that firmware/software needs to be upgraded and updated. I visit the Samsung website(http://www.samsungmobile.com/support/omnia/index.jsp) which to upgrade/update my software/firmware, but the thing is, on the dropdown country window I don't know which country I'm going to choose...By the way, I'm here already in U.S. and on the dropdown menu there wasn't any U.S.A. country. Need some expert advice... THANKS!

but could we get some visualizations for the windows media player? like they do in the pc?
if there are stuffs like those, could you tell me where to get those...

Its the best phone in its range of price.its gr8.good looks and everything.who on earth buys a min mobile for its speakers!?what matters with such phones is their speed and omnia is already gr8.faster that diamond but not as much eye candies.

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970where did you get it from?? i have touchflow 2d/mannila 2d working on my omnia, and its fantastic. and it does have to be hacked to work with the omnia! as its designed for htc......

On the Omnia go to Menu --> Programs --> Internet Sharing; choose USB or Bluetooth, however you're connecting your phone to your laptop, and hit connect, instant internet connection with no need to install ANYTHING onto your PC, BRILLIANT! Like everything else on this incredible pocket PC!
