but u dont compare Omnia with it.
Omnia is Powered by WM 6.1 which is basically all about Smart Phone.
and SE C905 is Cybershot phone which is all about Camera. for overall i can say Omnia is better because it has large screen and Touch Wiz UI with Haptic and 5MP camera and planty of Expandable software for business or etc.
however C905 only can beat Omnia with Camera . it doesnt have big screen and its basically with normal SE OS which has not good for futher expansion of the phone.

and, this use WM 6.1 as OS, but it mentioned that it only have Office viewer. is that true? so bad if we can't edit document with this gadgets.. somebody can explain?

Yes. Starhub (at Ngee Ann City Topics) claims they are the first to sell Omnia in the Asia. Price ranges from 398 - 498 (depending on line and trade-in)

Is this phone better than iPhone?
The answer is depends on what you need.
I believe iPhone SDK has its own prospect, but currently in terms of functionality, WM6.1 do provide more feature. But again it is depends on where is your point of view, and what are your needs.
