65,000 color screen? Lmfao!
same lame Windows Mobile screen limitation.
when will these people get with the times? you can have all the megapixels in the camera you like but it doesn't matter if the interface is buggy and slow with a weak screen.

i totally agrees that a phone's no.1 priority shld be that it's not laggy. but looks like mere processing power & ram alone cant guarantee that. i was going to get diamond (with pretty good processor & ram) till i saw users complaining about the laggy UI online. i'd still prefer to get diamond (due to certain features & design) if HTC can fix that laggy UI. i hope that this phone doesnt lag. btw, the press release in singapore states that this is coming out on 17 june and the 16gb version is selling at the same price (S$1098) without contract as diamond.

Any idea how much will this phone cost? Price is obviously unknown... but based on the specs how much would you guess it to be? Anyone? Cuz the HTC touch diamond pro ended up being ~700 dollars... really disappointed.

Ksiezniczka Ranowalo, 11 Jun 2008It looks that this Samsung i900 Omnia is a further developm... moreThe biggest flaw in your theory is that the i900 is running Windows Mobile operating system, and the viewty is just a Flash based operating system. They may have similar features, but then most phones do, but different operating systems make them totally different phones. The i900 is a 'Smart Phone', the viewty isn't.

It looks that this Samsung i900 Omnia is a further development version of concept tested already on LG KU990 Viewty. Samsung and LG are essentially two brands of one Korean corporation and, generally, Samsung is positioned slightly above LG when sophistication is concerned. So it is quite common for Samsung to test new concepts commercially and technically on the market under the LG brand. After correction of minor problems found during market testing of LG model the "perfect" Samsung version goes to the market. Please compare these phones, find similarities.
