My phone is already in Lollipop when they buy it, and i dont have exp. in lower version, so i dont know what is the experience of Samsung S4 in Kitkat? is it better than Lollipop?

Vaibhav, 26 Oct 2015You should close back ground apps by long pressing home key... morei always close the apps i used by pressing and hold the home key and clicking the x... but still the phone heat.

I am also having alot of problems with over heating ever since i did the upgrade, i usually put my fone off and leave it to cool before using it again.

i have been using s4 for two months..its bezel chrome paint is rubbish off automatically..very poor built quality..never dropped it..why is it happening like that?? what is the solution to it?? should i use cover case or case would even make it worse??

i have use this phone about a year..tottaly irritating prob such as battery drain fast..hanging...tottaly a waste product by samsung...wana change 2 apple soon..bubye samsung

Hi guys, i need some suggestions.. I planned to downgrade my android version back to kk 4.4.2. Is there a posibility to resolve some issues in lollipop like overheating, battery drain and the missing of smart scroll features if I downgraded in kitkat?

l loved samsung very much but now when l bought the s4 its keep lagging l will to sony z2
