yeah i agree its fantastic... superb... scrolling is waaay smoother and faster than before, and loudspeaker volume has increased...
i upgraded with S5230XEIG2 and flashed all the files.

Anonymous, 15 Jul 2009can you use your own headphones with this phone? and does i... moreyes u can use ur own headphones using a 3.5 mm jack adapter. yeah it does come with a stylus but there is no stylus compartment on the phone. u won't need the stylus.

hei, i had a s5233 for about 3 weeks... it works fine until now & i'm very satisfied with it.
recently i heard about the new firmware that everybody talks in this site!
can anybody tell me how to check my samsung star firmware, & how to upgrade the new firmware into my star... what program do i need?
i live in indonesia, which firmware do i need (as far as i know there is a "xx" & "xE" firmware)
& the last... what's the worst risk of upgrading the firmware??? please help, thanx b4...

its awsm ....
dere is a whole diff menu ....
dere r 3 typs of menu ... n sum new icons .....
u can eadilyyyyyyyy install games ...
n it gets updated in 10 mins ..
