Anonymous, 11 Jun 2009How is the battery life .Wavetel in chennai said the S5603 ... moreBattery is fine. These stores say so when they don't have phones in stock and want to make you to buy another one. I went to hotspot and they said that it had some display problems. Its been 15 days and no problem. They wanted me to buy a cookie..

300h standby for a phone is quite low. but this phone is midrange, so don't expect much. Still good for a midrange cause it got 3G. it's "rare" for a full touchscreen phone to have that

I am little bit in dilemma of getting this model becos of its battery only!!!

I want a good battery so thinking to get S5233 instead of S5603.

as far as i know, samsung adds dnse to every new phone they release now. that what it makes (almost all) samsung phones, low speaker volume. but they get crisp sound than sony cause they just pull the bass up

My bro has a 5220 Xpress music phone and when i made him hear the music from Samsung S5600 he was floored. Are you aware that you can change the sound to rock, jazz, surround etc. while listening to music? Check it....it will make a difference.

It uses the usual numeric virtual keypad but I reckon I type faster in this one. It does not have any other way to type, as you already know. And people I got it for 11000 in Delhi and S5320 costs 9750. I don't think it makes a shedding of 4000?

Besides, i would like to tell you that Reliance has already launched it's GSM network with "3G" so if people are buying a cellphone for keeping it for long time they'll regret buying S5320 because they'll miss out on video calling and very high speed internet, not to forget more brighter screen and more solid touchscreen (iPhone type) of S5600.

I guess most of the people are very much confused about the battery life. Let me tell you, S5600 uses 16M colours so it's obvious that it gives much higer colours and display and consumes a bit more battery too but i don't think S5230 gives 10hrs of talktime, that is near to impossible. I'll soon give the update for the same but according to me both the phones don't have much of difference in their battery lives.
