have it for nearly one year now .... quite satisfied with the performance of camera and speed also the voice clarity during calls and also listening to music ,but the problem is with the os there is no update in this region. bada2 seems a distant dream. telephony the most imp function of a phone is incomplete.... hv to make at least five clicks to dial a number in my phone book. also dont know if its only with my unit or a comman problem my wave seems to switch off of its own when ever i keep it in my jeans pocket for a long period of time (i always keep it in its pouch) so although overall satisfied i am still looking to replace this phone asap

[deleted post]well i do same thing as of you.....even i have seen two movies after charging ma fon once........well i have never charged ma fon on the same day ever.....i never got problem with kies also daily i use that....i dont understand how you people use your phone ........nyway!!!!!

and please check how much free memory is there for Bada Apps.
If it is less that 200MB then try uninstalling some applications installed in the phone memory

hey, i want to ask about the PDF file, when i open a large file it always gime some error, y is it so ? is it becouse the phone cant handle big files ? or becouse the OS ? or will it handle big file when i upgrade the OS ???? mayb 1.2 ? or 2.0 ( in the future)? please i need the answer, ,,,, tanx o_0

Free up your phone from user-generated files like images, videos, audio, themes, etc. You should have around 380 mb of unused memory.
Your pc/laptop should have enough memory for the update. I don't know how enough is enough. But it would be good if you have around 10 gb space on drive C:.
When you update your phone, remove the memory card.
Backup your files first before updating your FW.

Close Samsung Kies. Go to add/remove programs, remove the Samsung USB Drivers... (something like that). Restart your pc/laptop. Run Samsung Kies then install the drivers from there. You'll find that option at the main menu of the program. After the drivers are installed, restart your pc/laptop again. Problem solved.
Solution 2:
Try connecting your USB in a different port. Some said it work but I'm not sure. :-)

jokomz, 08 May 2011hi guys please help. i upgraded my kies to version 2. somet... moreDon't do the standard uninstall procedure. Do a clean uninstall. Plenty of free uninstallers on the net. Google it. Revo uninstaller is good. (Don't know if it's still free though.)

I paid 6000 php merely 150 dollars just to repair the phone.. XD the lcd was replaced by a new one.. I'm so scared to use the phone again. It's like I'm buying a low class phone just to replace the lcd.
