Samsung Rocks!!!, 22 Mar 2011I think BADA OS 1.2 is needed in order to download apps tha... more@Samsung Rocks!!!.. if Wave 2 gets the Bada 2.0 update then original Wave will also get. u see this 2 r identical. only difference is Wave 2 has bigger screen with super clear lcd. when the Bada 2.0 OS release u'll see the difference & 1 of them is the web browser will get full flash support.

Although the screen may work fine, the phone itself has some serious issues. Which makes it almost useless.
One thing is the nubmer recognition. It just doesn't recognize the numbers, or doesn't know how to match it to the contacts. Idiotic.
And the supporting software...Kies...I'm sure there's a language in which this word means something bad. Don't. Just one word: don't.

What u have posted is silly and ametuerish..
Samsung never told whether BADA 2.0 will come to any of the older waves (this includes Wave I , II , 723, 525 or whatever..) Only "TIME" will tell that. Given Sammy's reputation in providing updates - one can say it would never come..
U say Wave II will get 2.0 and not sure about Wave I !!! They both have almost identical hardware specifications which decide thier ability to handle and update/upgrade. So ur assumption is wrong. If Wave II get's a shit then Wave I too can get it.
And coming to SDK; it is not OS update. Know the basics first. It is tool kit provided for App developers to create and test thier own apps b4 publishing. It has got nothing to do with 1.2 update for Wave.

XD, 20 Mar 2011Bada 1.2 didn't bring vast difference from the v1.02. some ... moreI think BADA OS 1.2 is needed in order to download apps that runs in OS 1.2; If I get to buy this phone with no available OS update to 1.2, I will be stucked on limited apps. If only they can get the update sooner. Btw, WAVE 2 can be updated to BADA 2.0, but I'm not sure for WAVE; Whats the big difference in BADA 2.0?
