Dear. I have this phone since last friday
I'm asking. how can i decrease number of home screens?
and how can i remove the installed applications?

This phone is very fast and smooth.
Bada OS run smooth, never freeze hi quality.
I got a milestone and compare with this wave the milestone is a piece of crap.
100% recommended.

bada 1.2 will never come in india...samsung is very poor after sale......i will sell my wave next monts and buy motorola atrix

Guys i flashed my wave to bada 1.2 Europe and i would like to include arabic language with in the new firmware i upgraded to. any idea!

When I replace it with my Indian-Sim Samsung apps works properly. This thing happens because BADA is still not launched in US market.

guys still waiting for the reply from the wave users coz i have updated 1.02 firmware for my wave s8500 aftr updated the firmware am unable to see the youtube videos its says try again pls help

hi i recently got this phone.real quality fone.i need some apps that i used in previous fone nokia 5800..r these available on bada?e.g skype nimbuzz opera mini and youtube application..if anyone knows then do tell me from where i can get them?

Samsung Rocks!!!, 20 Mar 2011The only thing that keeps me from buying this is the OS 1.1... moreBada 1.2 didn't bring vast difference from the v1.02. some major like swype in keyboard, some impovement in browser & memory issues. but i didn't find ny prob in v1.02 still now. everything is operating smoothly. u'll find vast difference in Bada 2.0. for now u can grab it the update will come surely but when don't know.
am frustrate for 3 things. the mobile Sam Apps, whenever open it says no data! few days ago it displays all the app for download. & the app which r coming now r all v1.2 based & lastly for the Swype.

it says up to 35h music play,but my Wave use up almost 12percent per h of music play?

Very good phone for the price. Hope Samsung will make something like that with Android, because Galaxy 2 is too big and expensive

i think you may not have paired the samsung wave with ur PC propperly. Because i have had no problem at all transferring photos and mp3s from my phone to the laptop and vice versa!! :D

I've had this phone since last September and everything works great so far. I've had to replace the speakers which Samsung gladly charged for free.
However, one major issue I have to be frank about for other owners (and potential buyers) is that there is a serious issue with Bluetooth. The Wave cannot send files via Bluetooth to the PC. It can receive files from the PC via Bluetooth, but cannot send any.
So forget having the function of sending quick photos, documents, etc. from your phone to your PC via Bluetooth.
It doesn't work. Find alternatives or use a USB cable for that function.

XD, 19 Mar 2011@Samsung Rocks!!!.. yes it's upgradable to bada 1.2. but wh... moreThe only thing that keeps me from buying this is the OS 1.1 version, if only this can be BADA OS 1.2, I think this will be better than WAVE 2, since this has SUPER AMOLED, and not that big as WAVE2. The other improvements of WAVE2 doesn't matter that much. Its just the OS that's much of a concern for me..
