hey guys, i formatted my phone, and now all apps are deleted. i saved them on memory card, plzz tell me how to reinstall them from memory card???

did u find any prob like (16mb need delete unnecessary system files).....im confused wat system files to delete..
Answer: I did not delete any system file. Just removed my memory card and SIM, gave it to the technician and after an hour, my phone was updated to BADA 1.2. Just expect that your contacts and messages will be deleted as well as the applications. If your applications are installed in the memory card, your applications need to be reinstalled.
Remember to backup your contacts as well as your messages before doing an update on your phone.

is it true that 1.2 is availble @ d mall of asia??what are d requirements in upgrading it?.i lost my receipt..is it possible to upgrade without it.?,.

Been avai... moreA few days ago it was writing here in this site that as from Android 2.3.3 (gingerbread) Android will not support Facebook and automatically wipe your account from your phone.this will cause a lot of people to look for another OS.Bada 2.0 has flashlight 4 which is basically support for Adobe 10 and will continue to support facebook making it almost a more attractive OS than Android and a direct competitor.I believe more people will take interest in bada for these features.

i Have a Samsung Wave s8500 ,, and It is an Outstanding Phone! Not any Problem with it, the people that say its a bad phone and just Talking Sh*t ..

we are waiting 2.0 the 1.2 give us swype wauu...and a new browser ..by the way the i load my battery every 4 days or 5 ........amazing device

Why is bada 1.2 still not available in Asia ????
Been available in Europe, and Wave 2 phone available everywhere in the world.
Anyway this phone is super great for a cheap price.
But to my understanding Bada is doomed against Android which will rule the OS phone world like Google rule the Internet. Why people will bother make programs only for Bada Samsung phones when they can make programs used in every Android phone ?
Samsung knows that and most of its new phones use Android

Also make sure your location settings under connectivity are switched off and you turn off all auto updates in the phone, turn down screen brightness to about 4 and turn off 3g as this does make a difference. check the cpu speed and if it is not sitting on 1per cent when idle there is some program running in the backround that you will have to find and switch off, this might not show up under running programs. hope this helps, i get 2 - 3 days with my battery.

Im from the Philippines and i just want to know how long it takes to upgrade wave from Bada 1.0 to Bada 1.2? I've seen several comments that they have upgraded their phone through Samsung's service center, so roughly how long did it took to upgrade? thanks!
