Hi guys, i recently purchased Wave S8500 from a friend who used the set for about 2 to 3months... and i have seen that the battery is not good... cant work for me for a day ... i just make a calls all day about 10mins with 5 to 7 sms and music listening of 1,2 songs so its 10mins. and gaming for 30mins and internet for few mins..nothing else... so the battery drains very fast...what to do ? i have seen comments of users here they said the battery is nice but for me not 1 day :( and i ask friend he said yes battery hardly works for a day...and also when i connect my set on pc using KIES it displays that a new firmware upgrade is available.. current firmware install in my phone is: S8500JPJH1/S8500OJPJG1 (PAK) And New Is: S8500JPJH1/S8500OJPJJ1 (PAK) So Should i upgrade my firmware ? or used the one that i have currently ? pls reply me soon.. thank you

bada is dead..no update yet after using 8months ,......samsung is good for before sale after sale they forget thr customers....go helllll sam

just updated my phone to 1.2 at sm megamall.so far phone is now smoother.

Some one posted praising Samsung's very good customer service, it seems just an isolated case. If I were to rate them, they'd get 1 out of 5.

im getting pissed of samsung... i went to sm city cebu samsung service center and consulted if they have the update for my firmware, all they got was that no updates yet for bada.. i told them that the update is available in sm megamall,, to my surprise,, they told me that its available in manila only,, !! omg! what were they thinking?? samsung?? whats wrong??

Hey guys frm delhi jst cheers....today i hv gne to service centre they told me bada 1.2 will b available within a week they hv got this information from samsung....wooooh congracts every one

Today i tried mobile AP....i cant beliv its such an amazin feature....i hv reliance 3g n i was getting downloading speed 100KBPS .....internet was superfast....

the answer is
go to menu
press edit
then you can drag and drop any application you want on default screen

The OS is ****. I don't understand how people code like that. Whenever I tried to launch an application, it tells no Enough Memory. There will not be any running applications. The hardware specification is superb.

i had been a great fan of samsung till date.
but the discrimination samsung uses against asia is intolerable.
why is asia always last to receive any update.
i think we should start boycotting the products from such manufacturers which treat asians as inferiors.
its is always europe first or america first
asia is always last, be it a product launch or a software update
this mofos get their products manufactured in asia and still discriminate against asia.
samsung u suck big time.. till date i loved wave bt nw on u suck. racist samsung

mnk, 25 Feb 2011@ Altamash and Shruthi, i have downloaded and installed nd... moreThere shoul't be any question of registration.It is a hacked version and it does not require any registration.May be u hav done something wrong.Now that its asking for a wifi connection,u can be in a wifi-zone or u can dlt ur ndrive and install it again.
