it worked for me
i had a yahoo id wch gave me the same error but after logging with gmail id everithing is working jst fine
infact u get many other option

What a joke, no ugrade to Bada 2 for my Wave in Thailand up to now...Waiting eagerly to buy the Sony Xperia P to get rid of Bada. Still a great success phone in its time, but don't call it a smartphone. Android i'm coming !

advice, 13 Apr 2012what u should do is get rid of the phone and buy android sm... morei buddy i know!! but the thing is, as u said right now i don't have enough to spend...but after may be a couple of month i will shift to android.. thanx anyway :)

hi guys glad to see bada 2.0 on our wave finally
tapan has always helped us by posting videos on youtube for updates, review of new firmware, spoofing, etc
so now he has posted a review for the bada 2.0 s8530ddlc2

AnonD-23418, 12 Apr 2012hi friends!! last week i updated my phone with the custom f... morewhat u should do is get rid of the phone and buy android smart phone(Like buying the real nexus rather than calling bada os rom... nexus?!!? ,but if u don't have enough money to change ur phone,just keep using the nexus rom because it is better than the official rom,and if u insisting on using the official rom just flash ur phone to the original rom before using the costum nexus room and change csc code to ur region then kies will recognize that ur phone needs upgrade.
but beleive me one day when u start using android u will say I wish I had lessened to the advice long ago :-)

Hi Friends,
I have a WAVE S8500 which i got from the UK last year. I have downloaded the latest Kies version 2.3.0 but when i connect my handset it says that my firmware is the latest one but my phone is still on BADA 1.0. Current fw version S8500NEJE6/S8500H3GJE7 (H3G), latest FW S8500NEJE6/S8500H3GJE7 (H3G).
Please help guys i am tired of waiting, any suggestions/ recommendations will help

hi friends!! last week i updated my phone with the custom firmware by nexus...
but now as the official has been released,i want to upgrade to it, but the problem is that kies showing the device is not upgradable via kies!! but i really want to upgrade to the official firmware.. any idea what should i do?? :( plz help..

bala, 11 Apr 2012How did you get the recovery code??go to firmware recovery option in kies. you should get a prompt window about firmware upgrade failure. that menu will have the code...try to run in recovery mode and use the code.

Bala, 10 Apr 2012Wave page is without any action for a couple of days. Y????... moremost of the first buyers and developers had abandoned bada os after 2 years of samsung lies and the worst support ever ,bada 2.0 is more slower and laggy than bada 1.2 !?!?!??!
so take my advice and try a smart phone from one of ur friends and u will through the wave in the garbage

chaitanya, 11 Apr 2012What app can i use for free video calling on a samsung wave... morebada os does not support video calling over IP,only supports the expensive 3g video calling ;so if u want skype and the likes go for iOS or android and get rid of this disaster bada os
