am sorry that you have problems with your account but am sure you can solve that sooner or later.
you are my genuine adviser concerning wave. once again i have a problem hehehe. am sure you can halp me again. when i play movies with mkv files i have no audio. seems like audio codec undefined or something. i can only play movies if only i convert it first to mp4. i already solved the problem on subtitles. can you please tell me why i can only play movies converted to mp4 and not other files like avi, dvdrip, etc?

I've had this phone for a good 6 months now and I'm still mighty impressed by this beauty.... I also have an iphone4.... It would be way too unfair to compare the wave to the iphone or any other phone really coz this one's a class apart... Bada is still in its infancy but looks promising coz it seems to integrate the best features of ios and android... Also Bada 1.2 is real nice ( installed the leaked version ) Although I wouldn't advice amateurs to try flashing their phones and be patient and wait for the official release... Bada 1.2 also brings the Sype like feature in messaging which is real kwool.... Although the out of memory error still occasionally seems to haunt inspite of the upgrade... Cant wait for Bada 2.0... Wave is no iphone killer but it sure gives the best in the business a run for their money... And really at the price that it's offered it really is a steal coz its hardware is at par with that of the iphone 4.... The only reason Samsung has stopped the production of this phone is coz of the shortage of the brilliant Super AMOLED screens in the market.... Lets just hope that Samsung doesnt give up on the OS and provides us with regular updates.... Bada, with just a lil nurturing surely is here to stay...

Here it says internal memory is 2 GB but mine has around 380 MB. Am i missing something?

First of all learn to have some patience. How can you compare the Application Store of BADA which is hardly a 7 month old OS with Symbian(8+ years), IOS(4+ years) & ANDROID(2 years approx).
Apple Iphone4 doesn't support bluetooth file transfer & can only run music files using iTunes & cost more than 2.5 times the cost of Wave.
Android is still having their own issues & Symbian is nowhere now as a competitor. I think most of the people have seen the sales performance of Nokia N8.
Having a more count of applications doesn't makes someone the best, infact the quality of application does. For ex- In Apple app store you will find around 100s of different Cigar Lighters Applications which only gives a look that you have different cigar lighters in ur mobile but does it really an application to be used & getting proud of??
I only wanted to say that every OS is evolving. BADA is the most polished OS launched as compared to the first Launched IOS or ANDROID.
I know some application developers who used to develop applications for all the mentioned OS & as per them BADA is the most exciting & promising OS & is equally as good as IOS or ANDROID. Just wait & watch to see BADA growing!!! :)
Anonymous: I have the java version of skype on my Wave & it works fine on it even when it runs in the background. I am optimistic that soon they will integrate call making facility through skype.

the phones desigh is superb ..i dont know why people are saying that this phone have a small dimension but i think overall performance this phone is good as an android powered but simply the best user friendly phone i ever used..way to go samsung!!

It Failed after ... morebada 1.0.2 is not that good ,it has only slight improvements, I didn't upgrade my 1.0 firmware because samsung removed the call recording feature and also removed the ability to install the cracked apps.
any way bada 1.2 is coming in January with much improvements.
try to visit samsungfirmwares forums ,where you might learn how to downgrade your firmware.

I bought wave before 4 months I am also having Iphone4
Wave plus ponts:
Very good disply and touch sensetivity
-ve point
Bada is hopeless
no games
no softwear updates
firmware updates takes years
overall good phone with worst OS
it sucks

try factory reset ..
To hard/factory reset your Wave, type *2767*3855# into the telephone dialer. Note that once you type this code into your Wave, it will IMMEDIATELY begin the reset procedure (that's why I didn't enter # in the screenshot above); there is no confirmation. ONLY type this code in when you need to delete all personal data on your Wave.
n remove the sim card and micro sd card before doing this..
