[deleted post]OMG... you play song with earphone volume set to 12? crazy. It is too loud. Usually i set it to 7 or 8 is loud enough to listen. The audio quality is really great which is close to perfect as GSMARENA reviewed.
For camera, you really need to play with its camera setting to get the best result (auto setting wont do the best). I don't see any problem with the camera quality lol although it is not the best in its class.... I even tried to compare with Iphone 4.

I bought wave today and i must say that i,m in love.Ear phones that comes in package are very quality( i have sony ex 85 and sennheiser cx 500).My two old ear phones are nothing better then this samsung earphones.Music from wave has blow my mind.Exremly quality !!!! Built in equliazer are awesome and realy do the job.Screen -there is know word wich can describe this technology.Bada leave all other operating system in shame.So fast,so easy to use,so powerfull...I had all my life symbian and android, and those two look ridiculous compare to bada.I heard that bada 2.0 will put them to history.
Can someone teel me site where i can download cracked application for wave???????

The battery back up depends on what mode u choose. If u have selected CP UART mode ur battery wont last long for more than 2 days, and if ur mode is AP UART ur battery will last long for atleast 3.5 days. First of all u should know what is CP & AP mode. CP UART mode, which uses the CPU to its full use. In this mode u can really see the performance, but u have to give ur battery backup. In AP UART mode the CPU is not at its full use and hence ur battery can last long for more than 3 days. But in this mode the performance will not be up to the mark.
To change the mode dial *#8740#

mosley blur if u r shakey handed,u need to focus and hv some settings knowled of a shooter photograp

Finally I got may WAVE.
Its a neat phone, splendid interface, gr8 features and beautiful looks... I mean it... its awesome.
But despite all the above i was expecting gr8 apps from the appstore... it sort of disappointed me.
In India we cant see the paid apps and the free apps are very bad but not up to the level.
I couldn't find any app like custom task manager or application terminator.
Also it happens that the supplied earbuds aren't up to the mark.
Finally i couldn't open a 30 meg PDF, it failed stating the file is too large to open.
If anyone has encountered the above issues and can help me fix em I'll appreciate it much.

I feel bad for you. I think you have a defective device or second-handed. Could it possible be a fake Wave out there? If you look through the whole forum, I do not think you can find anyone who has them same issue like yours. I'm pretty sure those merchant in your country won't take it back. You need a return and replacement for that device. Peace out.

Wave is a smartphone but you have to have some intelligence to operate this phone to it's full potential.
You know when a phone is doing really well in the market because all the fanboys from other brands start talking crap about it. Why don't you idiots go back to your phones forum and leave the wave vforum to people who actually like sharing information with other wave users.
By the way I updated my camera software the other day and the photo quality has improved.

I bought my Wave 2 days Back,,
Its really a awesome machine..
I enjoy all the pixels and seconds i spend with my wave.. but...
2 issues r there with phone disappointed me badly badly enough,
1. The earphone works only left-side and i have to adjust it up and down very sharply for a minute to get sound on both sides and the audio quality of ear in sucks badly, if the earphone volume reaches 12 and above the speaker paper sounds BBBRRRRRR along with music, it kills the feel and at high volume only BBBRRRRRR is available, its really useless piece of scrap for this costly 18.5 k phone with shocking disappointment, and can rate it only 2 out of 10 for music ., as my 3.5 yrs old W700i still rocks unbeatable.
2, the photos taken shows awesome feel in the mobile, if opened in system i really shocked and felt fooled by Samsung that it has no clarity and feel nothing is there while my W700i clicks are real,alive and crystal sharp,i love photography, i bought this mainly for the 5MP cam, if not i would went for MONTE, i'm really fooled by Samsung 5MP cam and felt cheated in these two aspects...
I LOVE My WAVE to d extreme but i cant Compromise myself as music and photography r my die hard interests, i feel I'm fooled enough...
Pls tel me is there any remedy for this 2 probs.. pls im waiting for ur reply all u WAVE lovers,...

According to iSuppli, Nokia N8 costs 187$ for the parts. Of the money, the costliest thing is the display. 3.5 inch AMOLED built by Samsung!! Camera and Xenon flash costs 31$. DDR memory from Samsung again. So that means, even if Nokia N8 is a hit, Samsung too will gain some profit. Interesting.
