just received a wave, but it's going back pronto!
poor sensitivity / signal strength in rural areas. My old m/rola v3 has better reception than thisd and it's years old
clunky screen, widgets fill up the screen and
poor navigation
lousy battery life,best to date is 30 hours standby and little use.
Computer connection difficult, it should be a breeze these days with all the tech around.
Bada is Bad (might make an interesting poem line)

Samsung Wave deal with mDNIe technology of Samsung. And ,with that active function, just set bright level 2/10, it will be equip. to 5/10 of origin !!!

DNIe is a “natural image” technology introduced by Samsung in 2003. Originally developed as part of a concerted effort by Samsung to improve television picture quality on non-high-definition-televisions, the DNIe chip is now used in Samsung's plasma and high definition televisions (HDTV). DNIe offers better detail than conventional televisions by using four proprietary processes that optimize and enhance image quality and sound: a Motion Optimizer that is a noise processing technology used to eliminate blurring and noise in moving images; a Contrast Enhancer that offers rich details and image quality; a Detail Enhancer that automatically analyzes the picture signal and reproduces images that result in lifelike video; a Color Optimizer that analyzes the video signals being generated so that the quantities of reds, greens, and blues are calculated to provide natural, realistic colors.
The digital natural image enhancement (DNIe) chip was first released by Samsung in 2003 as part of the company's concerted effort to improve picture quality on standard (non-HDTV) televisions. Now used in Samsung's plasma, LCD, and HDTVs, DNIe renders images in a more natural, lifelike manner.

Hey Guys, I tried installing apps from the Samsung Apps store(through Wave) but it got stuck half way between showing "Paused". This is happening for the past few days for me. I am not able to download a single app since then(not tried with PC). I tried downloading apps of sizes 0.15Mb and 12Mb but both got "Pause" exactly at half. I spoke to Customer Care but they said that App Store is being updated so everyone is facing problem. I am from India.
May i know if other users are able to download the apps from SamsungApps or I've played around with settings of my phone. Plz help....!!!

donot activate the mDnie screen mode as told by some users...let the settings b default(mDnie screen mode off & mDnie Hw mode On)..
i read in a forum dat after activating the mDnie screen mode, phone crashed after a few uses...he had to take it to the service centre..
so, users beware....

hi guys ..there is g8 story about WAVE...
i have purchased my wave one month ago...i also have nokia 5800 which my girlfriend is using. After one week of purchasing wave, i gave it to my gf for experience and i was then using Nokia 5800. IT was really a g8 mistake. After 10 days of this incident when i ask her to back my wave ...WAR BEGAN. she does not talk with u me properly...even our relationship tends to an end. Finally i gave my wave to her to continue our relationship. Now i m thinking to buy another wave.
Guys it's really an awesome one. Those how r thinking to buy this one...... go ahead.
