I observed something too,
it seems video quality is actually better in bada 2.0
alot better particualarly about the noise in the image
in bada 1.2 its a bit "noisy" when there is poor lighting
in bada 2.0 videos stay clean free from noise even on poor lighting
and the videos contrast is slightly toned up,
so when recording in poor lighting there is a bit more detail compared to 1.2 hohoho!
what seems to be a "con" in bada 2 beta though
is the sound... kinda have lessened a bit in away that some "hissing" can be heard in playing mp3s
but there is now lyrics support similar to ipod touch/ios in general
and the music player interface is really really good ^_^

It is better to be an android ph...bada2 is not good and lack apps...no sec cam operation in online apps...
can we install android in dis fone...

Flashed my phone with the latest FW available: XXKL6/XAKL6.
It seems the audio quality on S8500 is deteriorating after every update.:(
