Or maybe check any camera app from store, if thats working fine or affected as well. Or have u flashed your f/w aftr which it all started? Have read on some forums abt wave camera issues. Google for that, u might find people who had faced similar issues n how they got that sorted out. Plus, there r secret dial codes for bada to check hardware functionalities. Use google. U will sort it out. Gud luck :) Hardware bug complaints r on most occasions r exaggerated due to panic, so take your time.

we understand that you sir are frustrated just as much as we are over the bada 2.0 delay...but please
posting something like that isnt an innocent post of frustation over a relevant issue such as the bada 2.0 delay anymore...your post sir is more like trolling...I hope we do not cross the line in terms of posting our opinion...and mocking a handset on a forum dedicated to its users such as this one.
and your posts doesn't really help in alleviating our current condition now does it?

Checking samsungapps for any new n decent free theme. Lol, these waves are shame on the name of "smart"phones. Nothing smart in bada crap.

Hello All,
Samsung OS Bada is really the waste mobile which samsung has given the birth, except its out look nothing is good, google created en number of apps to android world, but samsung Bada has not even created the VIDEO downlaoder or SKYPe, except the useless apps its not carrying ny worthy apps, so guys never even think of going BADA OS, for every now n den firmware updation is asking for this u need to shed 120/- in service center to upgrade firmware, its daylight robbery from samsung developers, switch to android any phones and enjoy the moment for shedding small amount, WAVE S8500 is useless OS...

My Wave 1 is really a top phone, still cannot find a better one at the moment considering speed, size, battery, camera, loudness...
LEGEND...wait for it ...DARY !!!
But if you want absolutely a smartphone, go for Android.
Waiting for the coming android Sony phones next year to consider changing my beloved Wave 1.

Hey Samsung. Better fix this.
Kies displayed a message that an update is available for the Samsung Apps to work. I click OK, Yes, and all then got this cr*p: "The internet is not connected...."
My internet is working just fine.

a friend I know wants to buy my s8500 for about $175 usd...
should I sell it? Is it a good price for the phone?
anyhow, I think this is a good read about what may be the reason on why bada 2.0 is delayed....it seems patience may actually reap us something better if we wait for a bit longer in the official release of bada 2.0

sir anonymous-wow congrats on your sgs2 hehe thats a good purchase....although knowing samsung and their mindset in creating phones, imo S.E. does a better job in user support altogether hehehe
sir abijeet-though it seems you're really frustrated with whats happening with the wave....Im surprised that we have something in common....you are also an n95 user hehehe I miss the days of the n95...Nokia did a great job in supporting that phone hehehe

whats up with kies? ever since the new update....the app store on my pc displays
"a-store cannot run please try again later"
darn samsung and their keis....first after their kies update it was a missing appstore...which is remedied by downloading the astore plugin
now they totally kinda messed up, I couldnt launch the appstore anymore...
anyone else having this issue?
