I love this phone. have one problem though - the Bluetooth connection with my car is lost within a minute of connection so I can not sync and phone with car kit. Both units pick each other up but after connection the phone disconnects automatically. Phone is set on "always on". Please assist.

Dear Wave Users,
I have one question regarding the TV-out Functionality.
In seeting i have enabled TV out & also selected NTSC & then connected my cable & then to TV,
I can see distorted image on TV Nothing is comming.
Please let me know is there any other settings i have to take care.

at leats on videos, it felt like one has to do too much scrolling to get to the required stuff

Ha ha ha . . . Good to see you hanging around.
By the way, just a word of caution,HTC Desire HD is a great phone, no tow second thoughts on that. But it is a largish phone, not very pocketable. Just wanted to let you know.
And in one of the tests that endagadget had done, S LCD consumed more power than Super AMOLED. Just letting you know.
Like I said in my one of my last posts, feature by feature one phone might be better than another, but as a whole, it is an entirely different ballgame.

it means wave is not good camera? but wave is a upgraded version of samsung jet. samsung jet and wave is the same camera 5MP. why samsung jet is good camera than wave? it means samsung put a low class optic lens to wave? samsung jet it has used samsung optic lens digital camera. why samsung not put samsung lens optic digital camera to wave? im planning to buy wave but i doubt for camera. samsung jet is better camera than wave. im planning to buy wave or galaxy beam? but i want great camera like samsung jet.

Windows is a wide platform, it has a lot of apps, if I am not wrong it has the maximum no of apps for a mobile os, but aside that you won't find any fun in it. It's a typical business minded os I thiink. 'bada' is more entertaining, funny and cool than WM. If it were me I'd take 'bada' over WM.
Maybe I am wrong..

New waver, 22 Sep 2010You're wrong mate. :) When strictly speaking about still ph... moreI will second you on that. In bits and pieces, there are phones which are better off. Some have a better camera, some more apps, some better apps, some larger screen and so on.
As a whole, Wave is indeed great. May not have the best camera, but got a very decent one, Great screen (need I even mention this), very good functionalities like FM recording etc. and given the price it retails at, it is a steal.
I myself, would not mind paying more for a better phone, but then which phone is without its problems and shortcomings

Hi Guys,
I just updated the firmware on my wave and now i get a white screen with an error message. It reads: "FOTA Engine is not intalled". How stupid this samsung then cannot even spell the word "installed" correctly. The phone has crashed. I recommend not to update the firmware, or even better throw away this phone.
