Plants vs. zombies, 23 Nov 2011Hi wavers! I recently purchased plants vs. zombies, its a g... morei am using 1.2 firmware,i've finished the game with no lag at all,may be because i closes all the gadgets and running apps before using any ram hungry games.
the only issue i met is when i've finished the game ,after defeating the last monster instead of showing the credits i only got a white screen

basically we will be able to update to bada 2.0 after wave 3 officially hits the stores....question now is when will the wave 3 be put on sale hohohoho

Hi guys i have an urgent query ,i purchased my S8500 from Australia and it is vodafone branded .and Now am living in India , I installed kies on my laptop and tries it to update to the latest BADA version or atleast on 1.2 , as it is still on bada 1.0 . My software version is BUJF1/VAUJF1. whenever i connect to kies it says "Latest Firmware" and Current both same . it does not show any update option . I read somewhere about Flashing your pjone , but that is nt much safe . So please i really need help , i want to update my phone OS to 1.2 atleast . Thanks and Regards

dear plants vs zombies
unfortunately the plants versus zombies for wave is quite laggy it seems the developers of pvz didnt bother to fix the framerate issues with the wave
current version is still at 1.06 and lags quite badly even compared to a 2nd gen ipod touch which handles it flawlessly (lags a bit when there are alot of things going on)
but oddly enough, after playing the pvz on wave for quite sometime, I dont know if I got used to it already but on the latter levels of the game, it seems the lag isnt as noticeable as the first few levels
try playing more for abit
and so far, I dunno if you can call this an advantage over the ios version but whenever there are alot of things going on the screen (alot of enemies) the framerate is still consistent ^^

Samsung itself advertised an image early this year, displaying its tentative bada roadmap for the year. It said 2.0 update in "JULY". Then they said 2.0 has some negatives, so no 2.0 rollout. Rather a major 2.0.1 in october/november.
They r already going bla-bla abt a major overhaul n open-sourced 3.0. God knows if now they say, "no 2.0.1 rollout. Rather a delayed but lot superior 3.0 update in q3 2012."

samsung promised us that we will have 10000 app by the end of 2010 and now we are reaching 2012 and still the number of apps below 9000 and 90% of them are useless,
still no skype or any other VoIP app,still no opera browser,the built in pdf app is useless it can not open large files and even the paid version has similar issue,no flv,rm,rmvb support,you must close the widgets if you want to run 3rd party app that uses a lot of ram.......................etc

I recently encountered a problem with regards to my app store it said firmware upgrade (confirm) and i duly obliged after that i cant access my app store it keeps asking me to confirm firmware upgrade .Please help fellow wavesters anxiously awaiting a response

I read that Samsung will officially release the BADA 2.0 at the end of November, starting from Europe.
Anybody know in which countries will release the update first?

For upgrading to Bada 2, wait for the upgrade with Kies. If you make it yourself with a firmware from internet, everything will be erased in your phone and the firmware will probably have many pbs. It is better to wait for the official upgrade from Samsung with Kies.
Anyway, even whith Bada 1.2 the phone is perfect !
