my battery is also very weak. It loses 20% in a bit over an hour when i use it for like 30 min! WTF..?? even on standby i lose a lot of power :'(

You can add the Samsung account back again later.

Im from Singapore and only weekend i on 3G network, for weekdays i mostly on 2G cause using wifi is faster. So i think if u on 2G network also can let the battery life last longer, cheers.

On the network I use in Canada there is only 3G and no 2G.
Where you live do you disable your 3G connecting and just use 2G for the standby time?

Now my side already 10:50pm, which mean my phone already on for 48 hours, should be nearly 60 hours. Some more with abt 7 mins call, 5x sms and also 20 mins wifi + surfing.

That's a 33% drop in 48 hours for you while I have a 11% drop in 16.5 hours. There for when my phone drops from 89% to 67% it will have lasted 16.5x3 or 49.5 hours.

My wave, since fully charge on monday morning till now, 24/7 on still left 67% left. But i do agree with the way u charge ur wave, and do not charge when it totally flat out. I also always charge my wave when 20% like that, :)

Hi guys..finally i have go to samsung centre for battry change..i also update my phone at samsung centre..over all this fone is very good..the best phone ever..event motorola has announced milestones 2..and i see the spec there are no different at all..surely the screen better on wave..for those have confusing to buy phone just buy this beauty..u will satisfied with it..only the problem is the battry..just change at samsung centre they will give u a new one..and dont forget to update ur phone too..surely the performance are different after update..sorry for my english..salam.

For those who missed it and are still suffering from a poor battery life.
Recently I disable my Samsung account and it has improved my battery life substantially. So far it has been 16.5 hours and has dropped 11%. During this time I have used WIFI for 5-10min to download a game and update another game. I have also made/received 5-10min of calls. All the time I have been on the 3G network but with data turned off.
Before disabling the Samsung account I got less than 48 hours out of this phone. Thanks again to the person who suggested disabling it.
By the way. The last 3 charges I have been charging my phone from 20-30% to full and then unplugging the charger. I do this because I have read that li-ion batteries can be weakened over time by full discharges and leaving them at 100% charge.
