divx registration really sucks in wave... why cant they just activate it and sell dumb idiots...
somehow registered it but it doest play bsnl tv.. when tried it still says " you are not authorised to play this divx protected video"
i have activated the divx player and now what else should i do to play the Online bsnl TV..
some one help please

I kinda missed one feature from Symbian OS. That is "Timed Profile". WAVE doesn't have a feature that allow user to set timed profile which it available on Symbian OS.
Hope this feature can be integrated into WAVE.

Just want to check with you all after updated to new JH1 firmware, anyone encounter any issue ?? (like example: Mobile AP, WiFi connection, bluetooth, internet, dolphin browser....etc)
What about the phone performance ??

i have nokia 5800 and samsung wave......samsung wave is way better than nokia 5800 ...but one thing i miss in wave that 5800 music player is more loud than wave...and i fill more bass in nokia 5800...sorry for my bad english

Is the default setting CP UART or AP. According to a post by live4g4, default setting is CP and it is the AP setting that improves battery life, albeit at the cost of phone performance.

What I miss is the ability to buy music and TV shows, like one can do in iTunes.

SAMIR, 26 Aug 2010samsung app icon shows5 update.but i click the update there... moreWell, JH1 firmware sort of fixes that. Samsung apps gets updated post the firmware update.
Another thing that you can do and this is what I learnt after reading posts on this very forum, is that those 5 updates are for apps that you have downloaded. They can also include apps that you have downloaded and subsequently deleted.
What you can do it -
1 - Check to see if any of the apps that you have downloaded have been updated or not.
2 - reinstall all deleted apps
That should solve your problem.
Please search this forum for issue resolution. Many of them have been discussed thread bare already.

hi guys these are the improvements i found on ddjh1 compared to ddje7.1.photo quality improved.2)flash doesn't produce overexposed picture now,as it was earlier with ddje7 3)battery doesn't gets heated as much as it was with ddje7.I can say battery heatup issue gone now.

I've been perfectly happy with my wave and been using it for a month now. My only gripe about this perfect phone is that it's too slippery on the hands. Dopped it twice already, to its credit, it has function flawlessly despite being dropped. can somebody give me a tip about where to buy some kind of transparent body protector for this phone? Im from the Philippines. May i also inquire from my fellow wavers about how can i download and load operamini on this phone. p.s. JH1 firmware upgrade is superb.

How to add the menu shortcut in the Main menu screen
Every time to access the menu i used to press the centre key which is very annoying, so is there any option to add the menu shortcut so that on tapping it brings up the menu screen...Plz help me
