I am using this wave for past 3 months. Phone is very nice. But camera quality is not so good when transferred to computer and viewing. Video recording is too good. Musis is crystal clear but still require loudness. GPRS Is great. Can anyone let me know which earphone we can use to get the loudest clear output. I am in india. Kindly help me out. Also Display is Dam'n good in this phone.

Joy, 24 Aug 2010why is the upgradation geting failed after the download fin... moretry disabling u r anti virus.I was able to do with anti virus enabled with avira.may be urs a different one.I think this should help turn off ur anti virus and try.

maria, 24 Aug 2010hi mates i tried to download the applications but it says ... moreI want to know how u r downloading,means from computer or right from ur device.If it is from device try after some time,the download should begin.If it is from computer,then many of us make big mistake when selecting region, i have done it.when installing kies on u r computer the very first pop-up window asks to select region,by mistake we go clicking next next please refer these things.

I want to ask dat wen i tri... moreAs u told that u r running on windows 7 install first cd that is enough.if u r unable to connect u r device then open kies without conneting or connected u r device,on top left corner u see kies, u click that u will see driver recovery just hit that button it will download all necessary drivers for u r device.thats it buddy.enjoy,any questions feel free to ask.

Yes - no problem. All you need to do is plug phone to usb and click in manager program named "Kies". BTW Samsung already issued couple of updates.

i tried to download the applications but it says the server is temporarily unable to carryout your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity issues. is this same with any one ?
Can some one suggest how to go about this?

Well, it is a good phone, the bad is you can use Skype or any VoIP soft :((

For anyone in India who cannot see the upgrade option in KIES :- Chill guys ! It may take sometime for it to show, may be they are rolling it out region wise. I don't know for sure, but It was shown late on my laptop the last time they rolled out JF2. So relax mates.
Or go to a Samsung service center if that doesn't work. :D

I can only tell you that this phone does what it says and It is most definitely the best phone in its price range. Whether it suits your particular needs is upto you to figure out. Take care and goodluck.

I want to ask whether i shud connect my phone first to PC or install Kies first after downloading from Samsung Site n den connect my phone????
also when i connect my phone to PC it asks for some drivers....
