I use the galaxy s now but i really miss my wave.. the MOST USER FRIENDLY PHONE i've ever used. I had to move to the galaxy cos i needed android but i'm sure bada is gng to go to places n bcum d next ios.. there are certain wonderful features that are not present even on the galaxy models... !truly awesome phone!

Hi everyone, i own this phone for about a year now, and i
can't find a Real problem to regret it, it's just excelent.
Very nice looking and handling on the aluminium body, good speaker, clear and loud, beautiful screen, 720p recording just perfect. Internet, social hub and telephony are excelent too, works the way you need. Fast and with a soft touch, no complains on this. The problems i found are with Gps, doesn't seem to work, and the lack of apps on Bada store. Also, there's some issues on disconnecting from the social hub, no option for that on the menu. I really enjoy it and hope the bada 2.0 will make it even better. Cheers!

i don't know y is this happen everytime i open d samsung apps on s8500 it shows "at least 10 MB is required to run this application (0xff15)" can anyone in here who facing this problem pls share ur experience here. reli need help on this problem. TQ

I just wanna buy a new phone i m cof... morehi dude if ur plaaning to buy for a new phone iphone 4 is the best not like nokia and other phones the touch interface is excellent and if u jailbreak u can doenload free apps from the app store and u dnt have to pay anythin extra just one thing if u are goin for jailbreak do it from a professional so dude i think iphone 4 is the best choice

This was my most complete and best made phone ever. The build quality, battery life and attention to every detail was unmatched. Samsung's masterpiece. A shame that it doesn't really have a worthy sequel.

this is the worst smartphone i could buy ...nothing works on it ...browsing is a pain ...none of the applications for facebook or you tube work ...
even doing a simple task as checking my mails is frustrating ...and all this after 6 months of usage ..teven the camera autofocus has stopped working after 1 year ...i would never recommend this phone to anyone..its just not worth 1800 let alone 18000 bucks for this piece of crap ...

If you want a phone to speak it's ok, if you want a smartphone, it has less feature than an android or iphone device; user interface , it's just an android user interface copy , and a bad one (the samsung android user interface , not the default google interface ) , as development environment, terrible. I see one reazon to buy one, If You Like The Look.

[deleted post]bada 1.2 was already everywhere but if your asking the bada 2.0 i think is not yet out for update. Just hoping to be out soon before November or December. Im also excited to have bada 2.0n

You can see all your mobile content from your phone on tv, you can watch movies, images, play games on Tv, etc. Everything you do with phone, you see on Tv.

never mind, I got it.
you must install Kies and log on into the Samsung Apps with the same country as what's loaded as your phones firmware.
mine turned out to be a canadian model, so I went with the canada store.
I installed some apps now :)
