Game on, 21 Aug 2010wave is gr8.but browser sucks rest is awesome..any alternat... moreThere is a text reflow problem in the default browser agreed. Anything else you find problematic in it mate ? :) Personally, i find the speed to be good.
There is another one, Tikisurf available in the appstore for free. And you can also use the java version of opera mini.

Then take it back to the dealer and get it checked/exchanged. If yes, take it back to the dealer, dont tell him you dropped it and get it checked/exchanged :P

i m from india. i m using wave since 2 month. problem i hv discovered within last 15 days that - sometimes phone doesnt rings and alarms also doesnt ring sometimes. 1ce in 10 times.. i quite surprised.. what should i do ? is it a common prob ?

Can anyone tell me where can I find Skype and Windows live to download for my samsung wave. I installed windows live in jar (java file), but its not working with Wifi.. And I couldn't even find skype in internet. Plz guys, if you find any.. do tell me!

Just suggesting that most of your questions would easily be solved by just a bit of poking around. There is no problem in asking, but I think one should try his/her best to figure things out themselves first, I mean in just my opinion.
Now you figured out the rename thing didn't you ? I did not mean to offend you anyhow. And yes, my apologies, the contacts feature does sound useful, and you are right. It cannot be done in wave.
An other way of doing it may be to group those contacts ? That way, you'd be more organized it seems as you can have their individual email addresses as well without having to type "Peter's email" in the field ? apologies.

Well i got the option of renaming songs though smartphones generally have options to rename it in different ways.
Anyways, i dont want to discuss anything now.

Just look around. ... moreWell i have used smartphone since years, its just that am new to brand which is why i am having some queries otherwise i have good amount of knowledge & i have never asked any questions for mobiles such as Nokia or Sony. Infact i used to know each & every feature which many wouldnt even know.
And for your question for editing fields, well its very useful when you have saved a firm's/company's number & under that you have various people's number so you can use a name for it, i dont know whether you have used it but its atleast very useful to me & in noway a useless feature. Like there is a computer firm & you have various technicians, so its easy to store them all under one contact.
And for Songs, i have tried but in noway i am able to edit it. May be i will try more, also its not that i am using it without even touching it, each & every question i have asked are all after my extensive tries only, even i dont like to ask too many questions.

And Blue, Why would you want to edit a field to some name ?? I mean, You would want to save a contact named "Tina" with her number under the field of "Peter" ?
I agree with Raj here. :) your questions suggest that you want to know everything about your phone without even touching it ?

I just asked about editing the fields in Contacts like changing its title & editing the name/title of songs which should be there in any mobile of any brand, is this that complicated that one cant understand?

I don't think there is anyway of not charging when yo... moreI know that we have all those fields in Contacts & we can add to, but my question is can we edit those field, like instead of Mobile(Work/home) can i edit that title to any name or anything, i used to do that thing with my Nokia thats why.
Also, cant we edit any songs name that we have it in Wave, i mean i tried but there is no option to edit the name or Artist or Album.

And also, every new version also has tiny bugs sometimes. IOS had em, android had em, symbian had em, winmo had em. And all of them still have bugs in their latest avatars. So having some tiny bugs here and there in something new does not really indicate towards maturity or the lack of it.
Secondly, the copying to phone memory when you set a wallpaper/ringtone is not something that is related to bada. It actually is something that happens in Samsung phones.
