New waver, 13 Aug 2010Saurav, I think it must have been there for the time that i... moreI am using this for exactly 32 days, each day I checked the Samsung India website and the S8500 was never listed there even when the JF2 upgrade was available through Kies. Anyway we shouldn't discuss about this matter more.

And not that you or me can tell. But since it was taken off (And by that I mean that it is no longer available even through kies.), there must have been a reason for samsung to do so, most possibly a bug.

Apart from the Samsung App in the main menu, a Samsung Apps widget also comes preinstalled on wave. It does the same thing. Try that.

app is available in appstore which uses the front camera and we can zoom in and out and also take pictures...... from the front camera...........
like all the other mobiles.....

A bug is classified as anything that is not working as the developers wanted it to be. It could be anything affecting the performance of your handset, even marginally.
As for how I came to know of it. Go to Samsung Mobile India's homepage and scroll to the bottom of the page. You will see a link "Firmware upgrade".
Then you will be directed to a page where a few phones will be listed, these are the phones for which an upgrade is available. Wave is not in that list.
Go to Samsung mobile Uk's homepage, or phillipines, or anywhere elses where they have released anything after JF2 and do the same. You will see Wave in the list this time.

Need a help people...
I am able to retrieve mu emails from yahoo after i can delete it from inbox but it accumaltes in the trash folder when tried deleting from there it shows it is doing but the mails are still there occupying the space...plz suggest

"NAVphone for Bada" application is excellent!Works with GPS. Very useful and you will not lost. No need network connection to make it work.
