Got mine for Rs 16.7 K on the 2nd of july. The prices range across states though...from 16.7 to 17.5 k.

This phone rocks.. i have used omnia hd and nokia n78 but this putts omnia,s screen to shape and n78 is no wo where near it in SPEED and UI,s ease of use. not to mention the price tag Being as tempting as it gets. Brilliant phone..i highly recomend it

For you guys in UK, the Ndrive Navigation software is now available in samsung (Uk) apps sotre, its only £15 and it give you a very nice navigation/POI for UK, give it a try...

yes its good phone but with limited sms space only 1300 sms storage in wave, thats y i always preffer nokia not samsung, samsung making good looking phones not user friendly

I had this for a while before returning it for out of memory errors and not to hot with touchscreen fones..The wave tho really is a fantastic spec smartfone but now i wish this fone was running android..I may get this again if not much else turns up this year plus it may be more stable then..
I found wave very sturdyly built with excellent audio/cam/video..It is r the price as well,,im considering beam and nokia n8 but unless some top end button fones come out then 2010 has been a bad year for me ....All you get now in fone shops is a blanket of screen slabs which just look miserable,,cannot wait for touchscreen fad to be over..

WAVE by default doesn't set any password on it. If you are getting a screen that ask for device password, and you have not key in any password before then you've to key in your password twice in order for WAVE to create a device password for you. And from that time onward that is your device password.
