But as for emails? You can't use e-mail with wave? why is that?

I tried to use WIFI but when i got connected i tried to open any site but it said Request Timed out????
Please anyone help me???
M not able to use WIFI on my wave...
Are there any settings dat need to be done before??

Guys,
Just ordered for Samsung wave.
Will be getting it another 2 hrs.
I asked to replace the 2 gb with 8G card and the retailer doesnt have a class 4 or class6 Microsd card.
Shall I go for transcend 8Gb class 2card?
There is no Leather case available to hold in my belt. has anyone using a Leather case for Wave.

I'm in New Zealand and the i phone 4 was launched here today for $1499 dollars, what a joke!!!! Wave is $579 dollars here nearly a third of the price and 3 times better than the iphone.

my friend it can..its even more flexible than nokia messaging.it have push email as wel as manual email also.

@what : See what if you are not aware plz dont comment on this. Still the OS is 3 months old. check after aug 31 how many applications will arise. And about email, i usually use wit ma mobile only. I have sent more than 300 emails. So plz wave fans dont see useless comments given by what and others who tells bad about wave.

stop believing on people like "What"..
My frind i have brought wave 2 days before..its wonderfull...not flaws yet.
else than battery..tips to increase it.
initialy it will give u one day or plus on high ussage.but after 4-5 life cycles it will increase.on monitoring i notices only wifi and data packets consme lots of enery..so switch of wifi when not needed.data packet usage can be switched off.as it is not free in india..and location services to be off..all these tings will save ur battery..not to forget its so beautiful screen that in half brightness also it beats iphone.
advantages.
Touch screen in better than or eqaul to iphone..but easy to type msg on it as you have vibration feedback.
music eqality is best from any phone in world.even headphones support 5.1 channel..camera is very good but vodeo recording is v v v v good..
its very good phone with no hangs...trust me i m softwae eng...no regrets..best phone..love it..nd very user friendly..it have taken advantages and best features of iphone and anaroid..and removed their disadvantage......
regarding update of firmware.i heard that jf2 improves battery life.so i updated it...
step after sucessful update.sure working
1.install new kies from website
2.in program files> common files>samsung>bla bla you wil find file named _rapi and one more lice _c... ..
3.just remove underscore and copy these file to
program files>samsung>kies> and to usb driver also..
100% sucess....

I´ve learnt to live with it, till I hard reset my phone when Bada 1.1 comes out

Go to samsung apps and then click the update and it will show the applications which have updates. If you update that app, then the number wont display again

to say that samsung wave is a smart phone is just not true , its just a dumb phone , you cant do email or anything on it , no im no skype . just plain stupid feature fone
i got fooled just warning you guys . if you guys are looking for these features as your primary then look elsewhere BADA sucks
