I'd like to know if you can view MS documents (like pocket MS Office or at least MS Word/Excel viewer).
Reason being that this'll be the first phone I'm looking forward to buy with my own money and I want to make sure that I can maximize it.
I'm a student with a very hectic schedule btw...

I just Bought this Baby a week ago and I admit to have been blown right out of my boots.
I was planing to buy htc legend.You know Android and sense UI are very aluring.. espatially when u have been stuck with corby for a-while.
legdnd here in pakistan costs about 40000 rupies. Thats abou 470 US $ And 290 £ privatly.
I had was about to buy it when I heard Wave was available in Pakistan offically..
Wave have superior processor(1 gig vs 600mb) more internal storage , Beter Camera and much much beter Display.
(wvga vs hvga, 16 m colours vs 256k colour)I have an Omnia hd but Super Amoled is, in simpal terms, more crisp, more brite and thus way more beautifull then amoled.
Now how about toping it all up with a price tag that makes ur jaws drop. I bought a brand new unlocked one at just 29200 rupies. Thats 343 $and about 216 £.
i agree that Bada OS is a child but a very brite one and Tuchviz 3 is really a marvel.
every thing works great but i cant praise the display enough. it just makes u stare..and smile proudly.

i've just bought this samsung wave, any recommendations, do i have to protect it screen with screen protector or not? is the screen really scratch resistant??

I am too facing this problem But after few seconds, the wifi restores and connects to my router...I guys its intermittent problem and I've reported this to Samsung too...lets hope if anything comes from them....

I bought Wave yesterday for 17.5 k with 2GB Class 2 micro SD card in box. I exchanged it with 8GB Class 4 card (Kingston).
I am able to browse websites on it but it does not run youtube videos. When I click on it, it says
"No Wi-Fi AP found. Use Packet data."
I select Yes, then it says "Try Again"....
Can smbdy help me to sort out this problem??
Though I must say this is one of the most wonderful mobile I have had...!

ei guys from philippines,.did you find any 8gb version of samsung wave when you visited the stolls?? i was planning to buy samsung wave next wik and i wanted the 8gb version,.so did anyone know if there's an 8gig version if wave here in ph,.if yes where and how much?tnx a lot

Does anyone know how to get emails instantly on the wave like a blackberry? There seems to be a 30 min delay on the settings.
Also do Samsung produce an official case? Do people use a screen protector or is it best without? Don't wnat anything to mark this beauty!!

With 2hrs of 3g use & normal talk of 1 hrs my battery is dead. It is same with u other users?
Any solution to it.....

Hey everyone I am working on android on the wave will be a few weeks but it can be done. will be the same as the galaxy s just have to work out how to install it on wave.

I think Wave's battery is barred at 85% maximum charge and show to take the battery longer and the battery info is adjusted to 100% somehow. That's why some of the program like battery check only show 85% at full charge.
When I check battery info at *#197328640# --> 4 --> 5 --> 1, it shows
BAT Adjusted SOC 100%
BAT BAR: 85
and other info.
Please let me know, how to increase it to 100% full charging as it supposed to be. Or may be it is just my guess..
But it still last around 2 days for normal use with not much 3G or wifi usage.
