some people here are comparing the wave with a 5 years old technology phone,they should read the phone specifications before doing so,because the wave only can be compared to iphone4,Galaxy s,htc evo,driod x, also you can add htc desire ,SE x10,and the upcoming n8.

Well I think my battery is draining unusually faster, I browsed 1 hour internet from it's built in browser via WiFi and the battery gone to 6% from 25%. In this rate you won't be able to browse for more than 5 hours..

Nokia can dominate the market even the... moreAll u nokia lovers go to nokia's forums and boast abt nokia features.......this is a forum for samsung wave.....and btw, if u are calling 5800 a touchscreen, u dont even noe wt a touch screen is...5800 is a JAB-screen....u dnt touch the screen..u have to poke it and jab it for it to work......i dnt think u have even held a real samsung wave in ur hands......and secondly, nobody cares abt kiddy features in nokia's toys like quickoffice6 or adobe...wave has picsel viewer tht opens all major docs....and u tlking abt realplayer????tht was lik...the grandpa of media playerrs.......difference between nokia and samsung is the same as difference between boys and men......

Hey how to turn off 3G signal of Network? I don't have any 3G, so I want to use only 2G, but I can't find any option for selecting 2G under settings...Please help me..

u can't change the song without removing the device.....
nuthing like msgs are saved in the sim or phone...u can change tht to ur fancy......
while it sends msgs, just a yellow bar kums on top....fone is fully funtional at tht tym.....
to use flash as a torch, u can us a 3rd party java app......
BADA is a new OS so naturally there are no themes for it...even applications are less.....
widgets dont move if u swipe them.....only if u pres and hold them, they move.....
no settings get changed wen u connect it to computer........
earphones tht kum wid wave are phenomenal...i compared them with my itouch's ear phones and with sony EX series ones....and secondly, they do have a button to take calls and mic is built into tht button......
hope i cleared all your doubts....

This is a stunning devise, and the quality is top notch, be it display, camera, sound or OS.
But Samsung has a few annoying features. Can anyone please tell me if the below annoying features persists in wave too???
- While sending messages the screen displays ‘sending message’ and doesn’t allow u to do anything else
- When u assign a ring tone from memory card, it copies it to the phone memory
- Messages are first saved in the sim card (I don’t mean memory card) and then in phone memory and this can’t be changed
- Can’t change the song without removing the device from the pocket (like in sony where u can press the volume key longer to change the song)
- Can’t use the flash as torch
- No themes available
- The widgets placed in the screen cannot be locked (unlike lg), so they move if u happen to swipe on them by mistake
- All the settings, esp. the default memory options settings, change when u plug in the devise to a computer
- While listening to songs through ear phones, u can’t take an incoming call by pressing the button in the earphones, u will have to take the phone out of ur pocket and press the take call button
- If ur earphones doesn’t have mic, u can’t use the phone mic along with the earphones like in nokia, so u will have to plug out the earphones to take the call
So many of u use wave.. Can anyone please answer the above? Thank you... Enjoy with ur wave.. I wanna buy mine soon... :) :)

Does anyone know anything about a theme called "TRAVEL THEME" for wave....Some WAVE owners boast of having it over & above the default "LISMORE" theme.....Any idea guys ???
