Hi to all WAVE users,
I think there is no need to install additional IM app to your WAVE. Use the internal Palringo, it will do it all.
Of course the default built-in Palringo only have AIM & GTalk but we can update it to support all IM (e.g. MSN, YAHOO, ICQ.....etc).
I've uploaded the Palringo on the following host server. Please feel free to update you default Palringo and try it out. Cheers.

the price of this phone in Olongapo City is 17,990php with one year samsung warranty as of 30 minutes ago. the price is going down drastically which i'm waiting for. though, i would wait for a couple of weeks more and hopefully the price perhaps is very affordable.

i bought samsung wave yesterday at sm megamall P18900 with 4gig, the best phone i had,very fast,image very good,even dark its so clear,games very good,very good phone.

Upgraded from pixon...looked at vivaz & Iphone4, & I'm just loving the samsung wave!!! Its slick n smooth...gr8 badda os & the 1.5 gig built in mem takes up the slack nicely. The 1ghz cpu runs it like a dream...apps n widgets are foolproof n very user friendly, as is the phone in general. Check out its multi-app functionality & be impressed with its touchscreen photo & web browsing power & speed. Switching between wi-fi & 3G+ is done in a second. everything synchs perfectly, from email; facebook etc, to contacts & buddies lists...
A very impressive, fun n easy to use piece of tech...that'll stand easily against anything likely to come out over the next 12-18mnths.
I wouldn't even look at the other "big 4" if they was free!
Samsung Wave...gets my thumbs up twice over...keep up the good work Samsung & cheers for making the Wave.

sharad, 15 Jul 2010hi guys i was reeding you comments on this particular hand ... morethe compass works in two gps softwares the route66 and Mecca ,both of them need gps locked for the compass to work,but you can access to the compass through the key pad by typing star hash 0 star hash and then choose sensors.

Deep, 15 Jul 2010hav u been able to do net in ur pc or lapy using wave as a ... moreI tried sending the sms for settings method, but that did not succeed. I have not yet used it as a modem or wifi router, will try that sometime soon and keep this thread updated.

Hello!
I have this phone since last two weeks. I am facing one problem that i couldn't install KIES software in my PC from 2 CDs as well as i have downloaded from Samsung web. Can anybody help me that how can i install this on my PC. other thing i am not using two much but still battery finish in one day only. help me out regarding these issues please..

The settings for the first 2 rows on the bsnl website shared below allowed me to browse with default dolphin browser on bsnl3g, played a youtube vid as well.
please note I had to delete all the default settings to get it working.
