hi guys i got this mobile for 18k superb mobile i ever seen i had used nokia,iphone,and SE but wave match less my god display and sound clarity wonderful and mobile software BADA its like mixing of MAC and ANDROID so bada will be matchless phone is very slim amd handy to use guys get this mobile dont wait becos BADA OS is samsung own.Like BB os,MAC,JAVA,SYMBIAN so definetly there will be lot improvement.one thing I like to tell in asia samsung is dominating NOKIA and any other brand.

And yes, I dont really know about the subscriber base when it comes to carriers in US. But having the vague idea that At&t enjoys the most substantial of those, it really should have had that feature. :) And my friend, I am not here to bash any brand but any sensible person can easily calculate the quality/price ratio when it comes to Iphone.

T-mobile is not real good in my area, not to say AT&T is much better, but I'll look into switching carriers. You think Samsung would have made this phone more U.S. friendly. There's a HUGE market. A lot of us know the truth about iPhones.

hi i am from US and got it from ebay, updated to new firmware, my problem is i am not able to get much volume on calls when i use my bose mobile on headphone, i even even tried the apple headphone but its the same. i have problem with fit in my ear with samsung headphones. so can anyone please suggest what the problem is.
except for that i am very pleased with the samsung wave.
i shifted from iphone 3g.

[deleted post]You are right. Though only partially, apple can very well make a cheap phone, or even better ! It can sell the exact handset (Iphone 4) with exact specifications and exact build quality at 1/5 its price, since the material used is of really substandard quality, so no financial losses there.
And the best part for them is that Apple fanboys will immediately kneel below them and cry HAILLLL !! before demonstrating their non-existent knowledge about technology, or even the products they love and accept that their iphone is indeed better than the cheaply available one. You should pitch that idea to Steve Jobs man !

I had wrongly assumed that 3G is available on all the available bands there. :) It would serve you good though if you just confirm it with them. Or you could go with Tmobile or other providers cant you ?

New Waver, 09 Jul 20103G not available in US ?? Are you kidding me ?? Yeah, AT&T in the US is 850 or 1900 over 2G. AT&T doesn't support HSDPA 900 or 2100 in the U.S. I'm no techie by any means, but that's my understanding. Am I wrong (hopefully)?

i bought it today...
there is no back key option for coming out of main menu.
have to use end call button for same.
messaging also not easy.
sad. bought it for 18000/-
