this fone is grttt
but my few probs...hopin sum1 could help me out..:(
1. samsung navigator not working....my current position shows everything zero..i have downloaded my country maps from route66 sync..(india)..(i did everything which was suggested by scoopy)
2. how to enable flash support for browser..
3. my email (google) account set up not working..saying "connection failed"...however facebook app is working..
plz help me..

Has anyone tried the Wave in the U.S. on AT&T? How is it as a phone? Does it have voice dial so I can drive and talk using a Bluetooth headset?

i would like to know if any of the wave users owns a samsung yp-p3 mp3 player or atleast any samsung mp3 player with DNSe 3.0 if anyone has both the gadgets or atleast has got an oppurtunity to check out the audio quality on a samsung p3 and samsung wave then how would the comparison turn out to be.i have tried searching the entire net but could not find which version of DNSe does samsung wave have.so someone who has listened to a DNSe 3.0 device and samsung wave is the best one to judge my query.

Harsh, 05 Jul 2010Can any one please tell me how to set-up speed dials in Sam... moreSetting up speed dial only works in Contacts (Can't add in phone dial pad).
Open contacts app ==> favourites and add... then, you can see them in phone dial pad after that.
You can't press and hold like other phone (only voice mail works that way). Open Star icon and dial the one you want.

Route66 GPS Navigation:
For those whose GPS is not working, please try and check the followings:
1. I found Samsung Navigation only works after you have synced with Route66 sync and downloaded the map for your country.
2. Please download Route66 sync and install it in your computer.
3. Sync your phone with Route66 Sync. Your phone must be in "Mass Storage Mode" in order to R66 Sync finds the phone.
4. Wave's default USB connection mode is "Samsung Kies", please change ... setting--> connectivity--> USB to ask on connection so that you can choose the mode you want when connecting the phone with computer.
5. If you R66 finds your phone, then, download, your country map, voices and themes, they are free but you will have to pay for drive and walk, weather and other advance navigation stuffs.
6. And check you have all on in Setting-->Connectivity --> Location.
7. Normally, Wave finds 5 or more satellites in 1 or 2 minutes but it can take up to 10 minutes if your don't have "Enable network position" on, data service working or turning the GPS on for the first time.
8. And also, it takes longer to find satellites if you are among tall buildings or bad weather situation or inside the building.

All of them who bought this phone posting in this forum complain of any malfunction.samsung has to take note of this
