How much do you think it'll be for ... moreWell thats the only news for now.if i get any more info ill post it here. but come on thats cheap and that is the price for 24months 12months 6months or even 30 days ill guess there will be something with the contract that's gonna decide the overall price of each but till now everything seems like a good deal thats $290 US im getting it if everything is like it should.

Hopefully the Wave will be shipped to the US as well. Btw, Bell is a wireless provider, so I'm thinking it's $299.99 for a 2 or 3 year contract. My guess is it'll be $499-$599 for an unlocked version. Bring on The Wave! :)

IPhone is the only mobile in the entire industry that is made and assembled cheaply but sold at a high price.
Apple make nothing of their phone. They just use others technology. Heres a small prove:
LCD by LG.
Processor by Samsung.
Battery by Samsung.
MLCC (multi layer ceramic capacitor) by Samsung.
Varistor by Amotech a small korean company.
FPCB by Interflex another small korean company.
IPhone is entirely assembled in Foxconn that has a very bad reputation on assembling and no other mobile company assembles their except charger.
So is it clear now BRANDON?
No other company copies iPhone.
Honestly no one gives a damn about iPhone.
This is IPhone which copies and uses others technology.
So, so called 'cheap' Samsung makes your iPhone! LMAO..

[deleted post]Im not hating u i just cant see why u so impressed for some phone that cant do anything properly(making calls) well i hate Apple and their over priced products. I mean come on they dont even make nothing for the iphone.Samsung is supporting them already by selling processors but probably they got some good percentage over their sells thats why yours truly Steves Jobs make the apple products so highly priced.

jg, 28 Jun 2010its amazing....a happy samsung customer..but my phone does ... moreby plug it in do u mean plug it with your AC adapter? and if so of course it gets hot its charging the battery. every phone does that.. =D

David, 28 Jun 2010seems no one reading this!!! can someone read below and try... moreThe apps are very limited..if you dont have the phone yet i would advise you to give it a miss. I traded my Wave in after 2 days of using it because its running a loser OS thats very small in apps and the battery totally fails in less than a day..Try to look at other devices running the Android OS or iOS4.

Any useful apps in store for wave? please tell me if you have a first hand experience for the certain apps that you used, specially UK users please.
Also does Flash player works on Wave? does it let you see the flash on most of the sites? it has been so many different comments on this so far, and one controdict the other one!!!, I am confussed, please help.

Oh and pixel density is just for a machine not something u can see it with your own eye, thats just iphone another marketing trick so they can brainwash all of u iphone fanboys to buy their garbage phones that they assemble in some unknown factory in china or where was it where every other company assemble only their CHARGERS.

Hey all, there is not point in reasoning and wasting our time with Brandon. He will continue to support the overpriced Apple products like it was his own left nut. Instead lets all graciously wait for the Wave to arrive to North America. I'm envious of the lucky ones who already purchased the phone. Does anyone know when the ETA will be for the Samsung Wave to Canada? Cheers! :)

Super Duper Smackarooka Amoled ZZZzzzzzz!..i repeat why if wave has a great display has so little resolution compared to iPhone hmmm maybe because Samsung just wanted to make a gimmick and revive the slump of samsung sales...i dont have much against the Wave just for the simple fact of it running a dead-end OS.

Brandon, 28 Jun 20101.7MILLION fans of iphone sales in 3-days cant be all jacka... morewell hello again Brandon.In case u haven't read my previous posts i will say it again,i have gotta Samsung jet and an iphone 3gs.Loved it back then when i got it but its just pissing me off when u r soo restricted by apple .I even got the os4 update and guess what - my 3gs is suddenly feeling slightly laggy now (just a slight tiny lag when i scroll out of the homescreen to the search screen)...not saying my Samsung jet is Betta and it never will be ....
But seriously iphone 4 hardware is in no way superior to that of the waves except maybe the gyroscopic controls.
All i am saying is the iphone is not worth the money and as i have listed out the problems earlier which is all form a users point of view - Why should i not be able to view flash - Why cant i multi task on something that i payed over 800 dollars for...feel stupid now.. at that time(LAST SEPTEMBER) the iphone had the best touchscreen and it was quite captivating .Not anymore with everyone coming out with products just as capable.
1.7 million people may buy the phone but that doesn't make it better than the Samsung wave (For example the Samsung star S5230 has sold over 10 million units-does that make it better than the iphone ).When the wave is available for as much as 400 dollars and does everything that my 3gs does - why should i spent another 800 dollars or so for the new iphone.
THE ONLY POINT I AM TRYING TO MAKE IS THAT IPHONE4 MAYBE A PIECE OF HIGH TECH TO APPLE AND STEVE JOBS BUT NOT TO ME .AFTER HAVING USED ONE - THERE IS NOTHING GR8 ABOUT IT ANYMORE -IT WAS QUITE SOMETHING A YEAR OR TWO BACK - NOT ANYMORE.
And i stick to the fact that u r the jackass coz u have so blinded yourself into thinking that the iphone 4 is some new piece of alien tech that is better than anything out there.

Apple doesnt make any hardware. They buy parts from manufacturers like Samsung, LG n all and they just assemble. Almost 60% of iphone is Samsung manufactured parts only. So there is nothing REVOLUTIONARY in hardware.
And about the applications' part, when the first iphone was introduced how many applications were there in the first month? 10 or 20 or lesser than that? Samsung has 200+ (I dont know the exact count) in one month.
Price factor, for iphone, you need to pay 1000$ for it. Here for 1000$, you can get 2 Waves and save the rest 200$.
Still if you feel iphone is better, sorry. Noone can correct you until you try to accept the truths and leave the fanboy attitude.
