ehab, 06 Oct 2010so whats new in Bada OS 1.2 ? can i updgrade normal wave to 1.2?still it is not available everywhere but yes you can upgrade to 1.2 on your normal wave

I... morewell i have a wave s8500 and i use my phone at 50% brightness. And, it's still brighter than an LCD, taking lesser power at the same time.
For multimedia, amoleds are far more superior.

It's way too long for an 3.7" screen,even the Galaxy S is 122.4mm long with 4" screen. They abandoned the original wave so quickly,and thats what they did with Galaxy spica too.I love my wave,but this makes me sad.It feels like they are gonna stop producing bada phones eventually.

How do we know that Super clear Lcd is not as good as super amoled.Everything else is the same.16 million colours at 480x800 pixels.

this phone will sign the death of Bada o.s.
and i guess also will drop down Samsung reputation
Wave 1 was having its best feature in its SuperAmoled screen
with this decision to step back on tft screens
this line of phones will lose interest quite soon
and Bada will be shortly forgotten
also i find silly to stop production of a model just after few months after its release
ok, gossips are that Apple bought all 2011 SuperAmoled displays to Samsung,
i wish is not the truth as i wonder where is the gain from Samsung from this deal
but i really don't like this step back
..if also Galaxy s will be "downgraded" to TFT i wonder where is the good deal for Samsung
