          @ tian

just put your volume to 0 (use the volume control on the right side of the phone)

guys, how can i turn off the keypad tone? i actually tried putting it on a silent mode but it affects the volume of the ringing of the pone as well. i just want no sound whenever i press on something. and one more thing please, what key should i press if i want to delete something when texting? got this phone for my dad. im used to nokia and sony ericsson that's why im not familiar with samsung. hoping for a wuick reply from you guys.

For me am in love with the phone, the day i picked it up was the happiest day of my life, i take good care of it like the day the dobberman was brought home, i sleep with and wake up with it, i clean it every time i find a single dirt on it, samsung thanks for this wonderfula and stylish surprise. The phone u700 should be voted the phone of th year.

                    Maite:

to use your flash, you have to go to the camera function, then look for the settings when pressing the middle of the rotating navigator, you'll find the settings for flash.. then your all set once you select flash on. :-)

my self, i have my nokia n95 8gb right know..it is a good phone but until i saw my friend carry samsung u700 and i take a good look at it...first thought i had in mind..what a brilliant idea from samsung. i have never seen a very good solid design like this before (evethough plastic made)..and its a very sleek stylish (for a 3G phone)..and the sliding construction work very smoothly..the speaker sound is not bad, and the camera also quite ok..so i feel like very soon iam gonna change my bulky nokia with one of those...well, i dont know exactly why samsung choose to use the plastic in this design, is it because of the price sensitive or they more to concern about the weight..but i think eventhough it made from metal like LG KU970, the weight will surely still very reasonable to carry..and of course it will be the most solid good looking phone ever made..i'll pay for it at a double price..:-)

once again..it is a very very good design..trust me..u will admired once u hold it ur self..its an eye cather...
