yes you may use the alarm ü
keypads respond fast
camera is fine :)
though user friendliness is ok but not especially when sending
i have the champage so sophisticated!
overall its a gud buy!
unfortunately it does not allow you to change skins like other samasung phones

this phone is not gud as it luks.but it has such gud qualities.the camera result is gud but it is not a video camera.overall its a gud mobile.

When u write sms, there is option "send" and "send&save", if u chose "Send" u can't find this sms in your "sent msg". sorry for my english :)

You can use infrared port, and usb on x510 with a program caled -Mobiledit-. It's free, but you can't put games until you buy the program.

X510 is a great phone..... it is defintely value for money. It has a VGA camera which is reasonably good and extremely light in weight with a long lasting battery. Its a must buy for all who want to have good decent basic phone.

Crap phone, just bought it because my Samsung x510 screen was broken. And this was a cheap one. Just wanted another samsung so i could use the phonebook again. Took me about 1,5 hours to get the phonebook on this new mobile. But i finally got the job done.
But still got a question, i only got about 6-7 ringtones, they all sound like crap !. I had a really good ringtone i want to use. But with the samsung software i couldn't upload it. It's an mmf file. Please does someone know how i can fix this. Really would like to have this ringtone back because i won't use any of the standard available ones. You can contact me on hansrenard@hotmail.com. This phone is not worthy of my opinion! However, how do you set the alarm?????? How do you use the organiser options???? How do you use or set anything on this empty peace of space????? I've given up on using this useless phone, but, I will stick with Samsung as I do like their phones....just not the X510!

it's value for money. been using it for 3 months now and never been more happy. though it has a basic camera and some of its features are basic, but it is good enough for simple usages. fully recommend!

As mind numbingly slow as the C300. Unless it is completely free I don't understand why it could be considered value for money. There are plenty of cheap older phones that are less painful to use.
