To SAD:
I know where you are comming from!! So many features and they are out of arms reach! Also i can't understand why sharp didn't include that accessory that they did with the 902 sharp plug to 3.5ML, the sharp 902 is soooo much better!! I am only keeping this phone due to it's camera.

Hay Hai, no i am not selling on trade me. People recomend Panasonic because they have the software to back it up, just buy a cheep SD card reader off trade me, download DB Power amp ( www.dbpoweramp.com) and then download the codec of AAC and then Mp4, you have to convert from MP3 then to AAC then to MP4 before the phone will accept file, then you have to download WAV codec from DB Poweramp ang download Yamaha SMAF and convert them to MMf anf copy them to phone memory and then you can set as ring tone or message tone, PIECE OF CAKE!! Try it and if you have any probs email me on thesexyshagking@hotmail.com and ill be happy to help you!

i was so confident about this phone,
althought i had some bad earlier experiances from sharp(gx30i)
and then my sister's 903(allthought waited almost one year this phone didnt get any cheaper),
i know that sharp has the best display in the market and the best cam, thats a fact,
but has many+serius problems on connectivity,
even if u invest some money to buy a card reader, memory cards, bluetooth+infrared assesories,
u still cant use them to transfer java games, some type of ,mp3s,videoclips etc etc
so u sould balance what u want from ur phone,
if u just want to impress ur friends thats the right choice for u,but for u,the everyday user, this phone has many disadvantages inherited from Sharp,
for a few months u will have the coolest phone but eventually u will slowly undestand what Sharp is all about,
            its the surface,
if u want smth more u may dissapointed as i did the endless hours i tried to transfer in+out mp3s, melodies, java games, pictures,
the 2day battery recharge etc etc
it feels like u r imprisoned,
i c things around me cant touch
and i m really gealous over my girlfriend's W800 dimensions and features,
why dont we get a512mb card like W900?
            or even a 4gb hard like N91?
            did we paid any less?
why sould we pay all our java games 10-20$ when having them in our PC and could use them for free?
i thought this time was different,
i wont buy any sharp again or let anyone i care to buy one,
beware, some people doesnt respect u as they sould when u pay them some big money

If it says "error", your MP3 might be corrupted. Try another one. The phone is very sensitive to corrupted file even the file could be played on windows media players and other MP3 players.

I have an MP3 song as ringtone. Using another phone I rang to try it and it lasted for 2 minutes then stopped saying "call disconnected". Whether this could be a limitation, I think 2 minutes is more than enough to answer a ringing phone, isn't it?

To Vivian. I hope u had the memcard formatted?? If not, go to Connectivity in the phone's menu(with the card inserted on the phone) then select Memory card then press Format Card.

                        To Reno,

Thanks. But I think I'm having a Japan Version, that's why I have been facing the same problem.

I have got myself a card reader, I try to transfer MP3 files into my SD Card, it manage to store into my SD Card, but when I try to open it, it promt me saying 'Item Cannot Be Open"? Is there anyway to solve it? Sorry to have keep bothering you for the same issues. Thanks so much.

                          TO ROOKIE:

I agree with a previous user.
Don't buy k750, you will be really sorry if you do. Because of k750's small girlish size the earpeace sound is not loud at all
(unless you want to walk with a crappy headset all the time). I tested k750 and am not lying ( very low volume).

At least wait for w900. At least that one will have large screen and good 2mp digital camera (only without optical zoom).

To Vivian again. Go to My Music and play any of your stored songs. Press Option and select Tone Control. There should be the 4 options. If not, I really am sorry... we should blame sharp in doing this.

I can only vouch for the UK version as I don't have any problems with its features. It works like any other phones-very easy to use. The only thing tricky about this phone is the dvd conversion and playback which is secondary. I mean anyone would be satisfied even without doing this. Just download videos from Vodafone live and that's it. Only it's half screen.

To Vivian. I think that's 1 of the limitations of the non-UK version as mine has 4 choices-Normal, Bass, Surround, and Surround Bass. The Bass option is the most solid and has the most powerful bass affect. Set yours into Normal if u have that option as surround sound tend to split the effects around making it soft.
