Hi, I am not sure about either this phone or the Satio but as looking for good camera and video recorder,
videos look good on you tube but not sure if aino will be same quality
any ideas, this is a video sample but maybe youtube makes it looks less quality

Ritwik, 22 Oct 2009W995 seems to be the perfect choice right now.. But things ... morei assume that is the ongoing strategy by SE .
W 995 hasn't been on the market for very long time.
it is only 5 months and in some countries it is only 2-3 months on the market, so coming with a better phone in features as Aino and having the same price will surely cause decline in W995 sales.
so their strategy is to try to leave w 995 for more time to be sold at the cureent price before its price declines sharply and then Aino got its place.
so how can they do it!!? by intentionally releasing faulty firmware on Aino and then give major update after few months.
SE will benefit from selling Aino at the 4th quarter and at christmas time to unaware customers and still W 995 will be sold since it outperforms Aino(without updated firmware) right now at its current price.
is that possible? it seems ridicilous but i think that is really the ongoing strategy.
if this assumption is right Aino will be a very Good phone,
if this is not right then Aino will be failure, what SE has been doing for the last 4 months since Aino announcement!!! only faulty firm.
poor market strategy SE

jeejoo, 22 Oct 2009dear everyone,
i own a aino now.
it's quite not what i ... morei have seen aino prototype and i appreciate your honest comments .
but dont forget that any phone that comes out in the market are full of bugs and these will be amended ones the phone is tested for real by the public.
this method is always there in the consumer engineering world were the manufactureres tend to use the public as a test site for their new released products .
hence any new product that enters the market is suggested not to be purchased immediatley and leave the manufacturer some time to review itas software and hardware and eventually the price will drop by time .
therefore i will onl,y purchase aino after 3 months and meantime sony ericsson would have corrected all the bugs .

dear everyone,
i own a aino now.
it's quite not what i expected it to be. mostly of the amount of bugs to be found in the interface!
musicplayer skins and the multimedia touch menu have a lot of bugs in it, shutter and are slow. that is my first point made clear.
the second point i want to make, is that the musicplayer is far from useful. searching songs is so hard. the search function only uses the first word in a title and above that, the touch multimedia menu has NO search function, not even a list of traks, just a coverflow! so if you are looking for a song and you don't know the album, or don't have it in the song's details, you can't find it that easily!
also, when playing movies, the system slows down a LOT. even the movie itselfs shutters sometimes.
battery life is ppor, need to recharge every day. maybe because of the use of the bluetooth stereoheadset. which itself has a good battery.
camera functions are great, love the touch focus, is a little bit slow, but i don't mind.
haven't used PS3 supp yet due to operator changes, will do in 2 weeks :D that function must cover all this, else i would be terribly disappointed (as i am already, just imagine!)
the phone is stylish though, and the bluetooth headset is superior. the speaker in the phone has good quality, but is not stereo.
another disadvantage of the phone, is that when docked in the staion, you must turn off your phone to get acceptable transfer speeds. like 2.4 mb/sec otherwise like 500-1000 kb/sec :O
terrible!
i really, really, really hope that good firmware upgrades will make this thing come alive, because to me, it seems a little bit dead or at least asleep.
any questions?

For me, the phone is no good if it can record excellent quality videos and can click excellent photographs, but still needs to be recharged after every 12-14 hours..
So kindly let us know about the Battery Life of Aino..

Those are not reviews, even though they call them that. It looks more like those websites just looked at the features of a phone and then made a "review". Why aren't there pictures of the phone being held, or pictures of the OS, like they do here at GSMArena? Those are FAKE reviews.
