GUys I honestly Think THis Phone IS A successor Of The All Time Great Sony Ericsson K750i.
I Am Currently Using A W850i Another Superb Phone
I Normally Look For Phones Which HAve A decent Camera As Well As A Muzik Player And After K750i And W850i I Surely Feel The C702 is the next Level Of An All Round Phone THank You SonyEricsson

I like this better than the G900 and C902 (I have both of them and sold them promptly). The screen is bigger and nicer !!!

The phone is out now so you can go to your local dealer and give it a try. The keypad felt surprisingly good for me but the phone looked a bit more plastic than i.e. K750. Will probably get the phone anyway when it's cheaper.

I got this fone and i am absolutely disappointed. The Cam is not worth to carry the name of cybershot. The pics are really bad. The GPS isn´t also not that much great and far away from the Nokia standard. But the worse is the bad build quality. Cheap plastic, cracky and noisy. Shit, i am realy a great fan of SE, but even for a price of 269€ here in Luxembourg, this fone is not worth its money.
On the other side the C902 is worth every cent it costs. Its just class looking with a fantastic cam. Ok, screen is little bit small but it has an advantage: see it like that, small screens consume less energy :-).

The 3.2-megapixel camera may be Cyber-shot branded, but the pictures it produces are disappointing. Although we don't expect much from camera phones, the C702's pictures seemed to produce a higher than usual level of image noise. The presence of a flash makes night-time photography somewhat more appealing, but you shouldn't rely on this camera for anything more than a few happy snaps.
Apart from the GPS and camera, the rest of the C702's features are fairly standard. Multimedia support is disappointing, with no 3.5mm headphone jack and no included adapter in the sales package. For extra memory an M2 (Memory Stick Micro) slot is present, but there is no card in the sales package. An FM radio is a nice feature, and the popular TrackID feature is also present — a service that allows you to record a snippet of a song and send it over the Internet. You will then get a reply with information about the song, including song title, artist and album name if available.

Any of you early adopters can give me a sense as to the camera speed? I'm really just looking for a phone w/a decent camera (3.2 is good enough) and GPS -- played around with the N95, but it just took way too long to take a snapshot. Does this seem like a better option?
