by the way.... pinoy po ako! in english im a Filipino and meh is right. National Telecommunications Commission or NTC had laid out schematics for UMTS here in the Philippines. I heard from a reliable source (Globe Prov. Exec) that operators in the Philippines are undergoing testing in Manila for the adaptation of UMTS and doing some feasibility studies for other major cities in the Philippines. We can safely say that in 2007 or 4th quarter of 2006 UMTS 3G subsciprtion is available for Plan subscribers.

wooops!!!!!!!!! after having a call with my mother the phone suddenly shuts down. i cant even turn it back on. I had this phone for 2 months already and it's a very pampered phone. it totaly turned me down seeing my k600i lifeless. i'm off to the nearest cellshop tomorrow to have it fixed and sell it to flee markets so that I can buy a new model either samsung e370, motorola Rokr, or sony ericsson w550. NO NOKIAS! hehehehe! hurts my feelings cuz i've been braggin about this phone in my previous posts that it's the best phone againts nokia's 6680. well.... maybe i wasn't that lucky to have a well built phone from freakin CHINA!

3G in the philippines is not yet in our shore yet.... but its coming all right

hi! i just bought SE K600i and when i went hope and opened it , it says that: configuration error. please contact ur network operator or service center.. i call them and beacuse in Cyprus 3G is still work in progress i called them and they upgrade my sim card and they told me that i should close it and open it until it stop saying that! well its been almost 3 hours and i stopped turning it off cause i thought it might broken.. i call them again and they said that it might has a problem my sim card or it might the phone has a problem.. do u think that all that turning off affect wrong the mob? it supposed that the people who work there said that i have to do that.. please help me!

Good phone its fall back appears to be the ringtone volume it is not high enough, unlike nokia phones which have a very high ringtone.
Maybe Sony Ericson can look at a software upgrade that allows the phone to ring higher, all volumes are set at highest level

For it price, SE K600 its a good phone. In romania its 9 milion Lei(about 300$). I really wanna buy it

K600 is better in MP camera than 6680? is this true? SE screen shows more vibrant pictures than 6680 because the resolution is higher and the screen is smaller while 6680 is lover a bit in resolution and a bit also larger screen. Front camera is CIF but it is enough for me because when using videocall, you cannot show your videos live in a VGA res. right? because higher res. takes more bytes and slows the speed of 3g videocalls. i have one question please someone helps, is my k600 camera better than 6680 camera? i can't test it because i have no private PC to look at it's pictures... please help! i need it for an important reason....

to dave: try looking in the media player under the entertainment category...if not go to file manager...maybe is the uplaoding part...did u put the files in any other place instead?

3g is now available in philippines! now we can use our UMTS feature and second cameras on our phones! to all Phone users in Philippines, this is a good news!

awesome phone but only thing sucks is i have windows 98 and not windows 2000 or higher so i cant put song or do anything with the software does anyone noe another way or any hope???

K600 speaker sound very clear compare to my Nokia 8800, and this K600 cost only a third the price of the 8800!
