More bad things in review who Blokia guys don't know about it?
Nokia still does not accept the fact that the alarm clock is the most important feature of the organizer. Hence it's the only part of the Clock application in the Extras folder. Still it is not repetitional and single days when it should alarm you can not be set.
Voice recorder can make up to 1 minute long records. You can listen them, send them via Bluetooth, e-mail or MMS. File manager is very simple, it does not display system files. I recommend you to download some freeware programs, e. g. FExplorer. By the way, there are no games installed in the phone.
Nokia 7610 still supports GPRS class 6 only and 3/2 timeslots. Nokia is presently the slowest from all top-class phones and with its GPRS speed it can be compared to the cheapest handsets.
– No radio
– Mono audio player
– Slow GPRS
– Nonstandard memory card

I think FireFly don't know about some Nokia 7610 better features like a "good quality" MP3 and crushing system.

I think Blokia guys don't know to read, it is written in this site on review
The Real Player application plays MP3 files in a very poor quality and skips sound almost every second. The integrated speaker has no bass and the headphones can't be connected to the phone. The sound quality can be improved by using some special programs, e.g. Ultra MP3, but Nokia 7610 is almost useless as a MP3 player without the headphones. Tough luck - many people are waiting for this feature.

I don't see why people give the excuse 'you can't compare these phones because they are different'. I think that excuse is getting a bit outdated. But they fail to think about 'why' you can't. The real 'why' reason is that the Nokia has significantly better features and can be classed as a 'smartphone', whereas the SE can't. I believe both phones are targeted at similar audiences and are similarly priced. You can't really compare the 7610 with P800/P900 because of the huge price difference and that they are more 'business orientated'. They are also significantly bigger. I believe the 7610 because of it's reduction in size from it's predecessors makes it small enough for the main stream.

Guys, you don't know how to form your battery. At first day you have to charge it for at least 16 hours and than two more cycles make it so that your phone turn off because battery is empty and than charge it again for 4 hours and do that for two more times. That is all.

hey SE users,
lets not bother to argue with little children here. It's proven SE had leap a great step from it's predessor. while Nokia is not making improvements to their products. Nokia have been going round and round with the same features on different models. I've never regret giving up nokia for SE

hey childish nokia supporters, this is a SE page. Stop bragging nokia phones here. K700i is on different category with the 7610. If u people wanna compare nokia with SE, we have the P900
oh..I dun think we need to bring out the P900 for the 7610. P800 can do the job.

I have owned a Nokia 6230 for a week before giving it back for this, the K700i. I dont know why people here are comparing the K700 to the 7610 as they're in a slightly different class of phones here. The ture class comparision woulb be 6230 vs K700i. In terms of spec and prices, they are almost identical! so let me begin... The 6230's menu system is very coarse and doesn't look very attractive! The screen itself i think is off lower wuality to that of the K700. The 6230 had reset itself twice on me, once on exiting Bluetooth and the other from SMS whilst the k700 (now 2 weeks old) has never died on me. The Memory i must say the 6230 would have to win hands down just cos it could use MMC, but it is a hassle to take the card out EVERYtime you want to transfer files (other than using Bluetooth). The battery life is an issue for the K700 also. The battery on the K700 is NO WHERE near the quoted times. In terms of pure functionality, the K700 is very friendly and very fun to use. The profile and themes are much fun to be had, and also the MP3 ring tones are a nice touch! Currently i have Alicia Keys as my main tune, it ALWAYS turn heads! The camera, they're very similar, but the K700 does have a decent LED white light!
Opinions welcome!

to kel, u r right, but i think the nokia 7610s back looks very stylish, and if u take proper care of the phone, it doesnt get any scratches and if u buy a case for it, its perfectly protected, and if it does get scratched since its not being taken care of, buy an x-press on cover, that way, u can hav a differnt colour cover, and a new one, and if u dont want to pay for a cover, u can buy one at ebay for a UK pound ! and if your SE K700 gets scratched sumhow, u cant change the cover, but i`ll respect ur decision, people like different phones and apparently people with a nokia 7610 are defending their phone and SE people are defending theirs, so each to their own

im currently using a nokia 6610, n im very satisfied withthe stability n quality, although dust tends to get inside the screen quite easily...i have used set65, nokia 3310 n nokia is far more better than se in terms of quality n reliability (doesnt hang, restart etc)...but the new k700 is very enticing...i cant decide whether to buy the nokia 7610 or k700..the nokia looks classic n rich but a bit big...i have seen n test these two phones from my customers (im working in pc shop) ...the k700 is a bit thick...but nokia very expensive...the nokia's advantage is the symbian n opera software...can it support normal java games??

to armi,
please try to have a look on the phone 1st & u will find how smart SE has come out with the new idea of hanging ur lanyard, before u say something. cos, tat will just make SE users think tat ur stupid, u no?
to will smith,
as a mobilephone designer, yea i admit 7610 is a stylish, but if ur toking about design, 7610's front looks nice, very nice, but the back looks bad, there are not much "details", furthermore, the material 7610 using is really not suitable for the long term using. Y i said so, cos it gets lots of small small but obvious scratches, & tats y my fren is really piss off. for k700i, SE is using double layer plastic+metal for their casing, tats y u can see those hairline finishing on both front & back of the phone, & this is actually some elements which prevents from scratches. i think most of the ppl no tat SONY is famous is electronic design and even their technology, look at VAIO, their robot QRIO, they r the company to come out with the 1st "walkman", & the name "discman" also from them. so, no doubt tat sony technology is one of the strongest in the world. SE having sony as a background support, do u think the k700i's technology using will be worse than 7610?
details is really important nowadays, wat the 1st thing attracts u to buy a phone? appearance rite? even when ur looking for a chick, guys for sure more than 90% will b looking at hows de look & their figure, rite? tat same goes to choosing a phone. yea, 7610 is attractive, but, wud u still b happy with ur phone having so much scrathes? i dont think so.
personally feeling tat, SE has a better build in quality. their material using, their detailing (like dual-front), their technology...
so ppl, dont just read reviews & their specs, please do go to mobile shops to try on these two phones 1st before you really give ur comments.

Nokia people don't use much of their brain
1) I don't need a brick, I need GSM
2) I don't a cam or a MP3 player, I use cam on GSM for fun and MP3 is nice on GSM since I can play some music when I am bored, for more use MP3 player
3) If I would pay such lot of money like for 7610 I wont be so stupid to buy it, I would buy newest Palm with all software, I don't think any model of Nokia can beat Palm (since lot of Nokia users brag about their software and cam).

I forgot one important thing, I don't wish to hurt my fingers while typing SMS each time. I type a lot of SMS so don't see point of making such ugly phone like Blokia 7610

I don't see a point of using NGAGE games, they are expensive and after all there is lot of Java games on market. Next thing is that I don't need GSM with price like a new computer. If you want to get some chicks than get some expensive watch. After all with K700 I can over bluetooth control computer software like bsplay. So there must be lot of applications for K700?
