Finally we receive the k750i but in its china version.... Do I really need to go for it???!!! Is there any other versions???!!! What are the others u have???!!!

Nike: Yeah the phone's GPRS is fast and good and the MP3 player is ecellent but if you want a music phone with everything else the same as the K750 wait for the Sony Ericcson W800 to come out as same camera, flight mode which you can view the gallery on the phone, listen to the Mp3 player for 30 hrs instead of 15hrs when the phone is on and take pictures and video when the phone is off! Also comes with a 512MB memory stick pro duo card instead of a 64MB one witht his phone and bluetooth wireless headphones instead of standard non bluetooth wirless headphones thta come with this K750!

hey y'all, wassup,
i was just wondering what the actual australian release date for this fone is. some ppl say last week on june (which is today and the fone still isn't out), other ppl say Q2 (which will finish tomorrow) or first week of july. i was just wondering if anyone knew when this fone will be released in australia,

hi guys....iam a present 7710 user...and i love that phone coz it is a reliable tool to get connected to the net thru gprs/edge(i use gprs) the download speed i get wut it is amazing(speed ranges from 5-12kbps...iam talkin bot gprs speed...there myt b more speedier means to the net like cable)..but that phone is bulkier and is sometimes slow..thats y iam considering to get a se-k750i..its mp3 plyer as i can read from this site...seems to b good...all i liked bot this tiny tool...but i still have one more thing to consider....IS THE INTERNET BROWSING FAST THROUGH GPRS?? i read from the review that its stable...but if some one faces any problem with it plz lemme kno...i wanted to connect this phone to ma laptop to access net..please help me out in this...i jst want to kno if the d/l rate is good or bad...it will b nice o u to gimme a range(like for me as i alredy said its 5-12kbps...wut ma 7710)...

Ralph: The built in quality is great, brillaint phone and the camera slide is fine, it slides open very smoothly and easily and is a great design and even though casing is plastic, it is very hard, good feel and looks brillaint!

My phone was charged to 98% and then I connected it to the USB. Now the phone has been connected several hours to the USB, but the phone is only charged to 86% and it won't get any higher.

hmm im thinking really strongly about getting this phone... umm everything about it seems amazing the only thing im concerned about is whether the videos etc which ill transfer to my phone such as 3gp etc .. are they forwardable or rewindable.. becuase thats important... repply soon thanks

you did not understand my question
the highest photo resolution is 2mp (1600x1200). what is the next one? coz I heard that is VGA (640x480) and that is a big mistake from SE.
If I was SE, I'd put 1600x1200, 1024x768, 640x480 and 160x120
now, can anyone answer what are the resolution steps?

I have a K750i. Best phone I have ever had, having previously owned Nokia and Samsung, this is far superior. The screen and camera quality is superb, it is simple to link to my laptop, and the MP3 player is great.
Admittedly the early ones had faults, O2 stopped selling the handset, which many other retailers never did. If you get a handset from O2 their stock has no faults, as they have taken precautions to safeguard their customers. Other retailers haven't!!

If you get the phone now, the bugs should have been fixed most of them liek stors like "The Link", Carphone Warehouse and so on!
Fitmware is what runs the phone and whats on it and how ti works! Like software but smaller and intergrated! Thats why with people having some problems with the phone, you can update the phone's firmware to make it work better! Really people should get the phone swapped if you have problems and have upgraded the firmware! Then if you get another one, upgrade the firmware and should be ok!
All the idiots who think this phone is rubbish and call ti rude words, you are wrong, it has best camera with the Nokia N90, brillaint MP3 player, laods of features and more! Brillaint phone! Also the phone is better than a Samsung 3MP camera or even 5MP! It may only be 2MP but the quality is so much better than the 5 or 3MP ones as they didn't use good leneses or sensors or made it good! Just made it bigger resolution!
To compress the video file sor any file which means loosing the quality but making it smaller, you can use Adobe Premier if anyone has that but a lot of money, Macromedia Flash MX or Winzip which you can download here: http://www.winzip.com/ Just download it and you will be fine!
To sopor, yes I did get your e-mail and had a look and I will contact SE about it!
As for the phone I am still finding out if the phone cam take memory stick pro duo cards and meory stick duo cards I am finding that out as well!

Roy I had that problem too. As I said eariler on, SE's quality control is poor, resulting in selling many faulty phones. It should be ok once they changed your cable for you.

Hi !
I start using Ericsson since T68 day, T610, K700 and now K750. Just got my SE K75OI last week but I send it for service almost immediately. But I still have faith in the phone, only problem I have so far is that when I use USB cable to charge, it can only charge to 85%. Sony claim that it a common problem.
wonder if anyone facing this problem or its really me ?
please advice.

People, learn that megapixel is not quality,it is just how big the photo is!!!!A VGA photo taken by a real digital camera is better than any megapixel photo taken by a mobile phone.And something more:The best camera phone is out of question Siemens S55(I'm talking about the camera only).Have you ever seen photos taken by that phone??They are exellent even in darkness because there is a flash(real flash not just a light)Anyway, I'm using a V800 now and I'm happy with it

Can someone please explain what is so attractive about this phone? There are people claiming it's better than a Samsung D600, which is certainly not true. Are they just hooked on the Sony marketing or what? The technology of the K750 seems to be sorely lacking, or am I missing something? I'm assuming after Nokia syndrome (where people blindly buy a Nokia model even though it's junk) we now have Sony syndrome.
Also, someone who has this phone, can you please give some indication of the battery life? The claimed battery life of 9 hours talktime sounds a little high.
I am not surprised that some people who have bought the K750 immediately want to dump it. But then to think of Nokia as a replacement? Urgh.......

sorry but i have to say i have had this fone for over a week now and everything aboput it is suuuupberb i have had no problem with it @ all everything works perfictly the fone is out of this world i have to say. i would say this K750 is 1 of the best fones out in the market. although many disagree but I DONT the fone has everything u need and the camera quality is out of this world... nokia compared to this fone .. nokia has no chance if song ericsson keep making fones like these they will go some where
:) 9/10 rating i say cause i havent put the fone to its full potentual yet.....
i will be back with more updates if anything goes wrong or i discover something new :O
