Thats a cable only for SEs. Nokia's are more like flash drives, just plug them in your USB port vis USB cable & just drag n drop, its done, it doesnt even show the file being transfered. The K700i didnt have a memory stick, how'd you use a memory card reader with that. I think this is a problem with all SEs. With bluetooth, any fone takes the same time for file transfers. But what i would like to know is, was it because i used a DCU-11 cable? Would it have been faster if i used an RS-232 cable which is another cable for SEs. Or is it just one of those drawbacks of SEs?

The good thing about this you can store things on the memory card and not just on the phone and as the card is int he phone when you have the cable or bluetooth in it will pick the meory card up and do not need a memory card reader! So you can put anything on meory cards as the phone is limited to what files it supports!
Waiting for your reply to my last post jake!

the best way to transfer songs is to plug your memory stick into a memory stick reader and than trasnfer the songs. I did that last night and it took literally seconds for me to transfer 6MB songs.

...By the way im talkin about an mp3 file of about 3MB or 4MB that took 40-45 minutes...Files larger than that would practically take ages to get transfered. Infact, i used to enque about 2 songs to transfer & i used to take a good nap so by the time i woke up it would be transfered. Funny but true.

One problem i used to have while transfering mp3 files from my PC to my K700i was that, i used a DCU-11 cable & it took close to 40-45 minutes for the file transfer to complete. I've seen that on an NGage or any Nokia fone, when you transfer an mp3 file, its just like copy pasting, takes just about a second. Is this how SE's are or is it because of the means of transfer that i used.
Would appreciate a reply...Si Dude or anybody else...

Heres something I was meant to post ages ago so some of this may and not be relivant to some!
If this phone isn't out that eBay thing is wrong but I thought this phone was out! Oh well! Anyway when you slide the camera face open the camera will automatically come up on your screen but there is a bug! It doesn’t work if he screensaver is on! There is a sound on K750 and cannot be turned off and the same with all their phones but you can just turn the sound off to silent you know! The price is 249.99 on pay as you go 02 and sim free £300 to £350 (POUNDS) Phone doesn’t support meg4, just doesn't record in that! Uses 3gp! I said it didn't support it but was wrong but have corrected it! If you saw my fight with Moto freaks yes Moto are rubbish and you will see why if you see the talk about where this guy tried to be an idiot on this! Check it out about 7 pages away from this! This phone doesn't have push to talk and is only for Nokia phones!
Emailell1976 - What did you mean by this:
Who lets face it. Give the guy a break.
Thanks for standing up for me but didn't get the: "seem to know very little other than what is reviewed on other sites." bit! Please explain!
This is the link to my website and the link works fine and does not refresh this page! It might be something wrong with your pc!

Hi there i wondered if this particular phone actually sets aside from the K700,D500 and 6230'i- Because only the 630 supports background play of the music player and radio and if this handset supports MP4 AND AAC files

The J750 is what the phone is caulled but the K750i means internation and k750c means chinease version! Don't get confused by Nokia's i bit as that means an upgraded and improved mobile one where on SE phones they just mean if it is internation or chinease version!

I agree with you, Jake. It is always a good idea not to purchase phones when they've just entered the market. Not unless people are fun of helping the designers find the bugs. But for those who don't want to be left behind new tech (& bugs), who cares?
